  I do enjoy the food but often the protein portion is so modest that it makes for a less than healthy meal. Often I’m disappointed because of that so I go there infrequently. The chips can be too salty, greasy - even stale. However, when they do it all right, I smile. So far it’s a 50/50. They need to improve; I’m not looking for a bowl of rice and beans; I need more protein and it’s like a scavenger hunt. Stop being so stingy with the meat - it hurts your business. Mexican restaurants charge a little more but it’s a better balance of ingredients. Free chips too!

  I’m honestly done with Chipotle at this point. Every location I went to was out of basic food items, and the staff acted like it was normal. Zero urgency, zero care, and definitely zero customer service. The employees looked like they were just there to collect a check, not help anyone. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Just rude attitudes and empty pans. If you’re promoting new menu items, maybe try not running out hours before closing. This was a complete waste of time and a terrible experience.

  If you order your food very late at night, they will compile a completely different bowl because they expect you to not show up just so they can eat what you bought. They'll also ignore people wanting to be pick up food. Seems like it take all your effort to get the attention of the right person. It leat that's what I suspect. It just comes off that way.

  I would give this place a 0 if I could. I went there with my mother for her job, and the experience was completely unacceptable. A Haitian manager (her name started with a “T”) handled the situation very poorly. On top of that, another employee—a large, light-skinned man—was extremely rude, used foul language, and accused my mother of scamming her coworker without even listening to her side. Instead of trying to understand what was going on, they immediately disrespected her and forced her out. No customer should ever be treated like that, especially when they are just trying to help or resolve something. Why would anyone want to eat here if this is how customers are treated? This place seriously needs to fix its custom

  For one, just sat in the drive through to pick my food up for 40 minutes. The cherry on top was my tacos. Order hard shell tacos and they give me soft balled up in tin foil. This whole store needs assistance from corporate or something because they are consistently garbage.
