I’ve already raved about this place before, but her customer service is so consistently flawless that it deserves another shoutout. Every single time I come back, Jailynn reminds me why she is the absolute best part of this location. It doesn't matter how busy it is or how long the line gets; she handles everything like an absolute pro. She’s quick, my order is always 100% accurate, and she never loses that amazing energy. It’s one thing to have a good shift, but Jailynn delivers a 10/10 experience every single time. Her genuine kindness and work ethic are rare to find these days. If management didn't see my last review, I hope they see this one: Jailynn is a total rockstar and deserves all the recognition (and a raise!) possible. Still the gold standard of customer service!

Often I’m disappointed because of that so I go there infrequently. The chips can be too salty, greasy - even stale. However, when they do it all right, I smile. So far it’s a 50/50. They need to improve; I’m not looking for a bowl of rice and beans; I need more protein and it’s like a scavenger hunt. Stop being so stingy with the meat - it hurts your business. Mexican restaurants charge a little more but it’s a better balance of ingredients. Free chips too!
