  Worst Chipotle ever. Went to order food here on Saturday 8/22 at around 4:30, but the workers were not happy about it. The servers were very lazy and did not accommodate me or my order. Her attitude became worse with each additional side choice. Then, I requested tortillas on the side, but she ignored me. Finally, when I get to the register, no one's there for me to pay. Seemed like they were all running trying to get out of doing their job. Manager definitely needs to check things out. It's simple, if you don't want to serve the customers, don't work there.

  I live super close so I mistakenly keep giving this place chances. Half of the time my order is wrong or missing stuff and the other half I swear they hand out leftovers or something. I show up 5 minutes after I place the order and my food is bone dry and cold plus the rice is clumped like if you left it out for looong time.

  As you can see from my profile, I love to leave reviews because I’m an honest individual. I recently started getting into chipotle and I’ve been trying the chipotle around the county. This particular store is not it. As the employee began to begin my ball when it came for the proteins, they did one small scoop so I asked for another scoop because usually it’s two and then they said I had to pay for extra meat. I tried to tell somebody if you look in the bowl, there’s not any meat in there, but they didn’t care. Had to pay $15 for an original size ball and I have had chipotle at five other locations never had to experience this this location sucks.

  They use to be decently generous with portions but over past few months they just keep putting less and less into the bowls. I had to start asking for extra rice and beans to get what normal bowls are like at other locations I've been to.. but even now, with extra rice and beans, it's less then what normal bowls are at other locations, I don't even wanna know what a regular bowl looks like there now. Also they always short you on the protein. Paid for double protein the visit before this last one, and there was almost no meat in the bowl. Use to be my go to chiptole location, but now I'm just going to drive a little further to go to the next nearest location. Edit - decided to give them one more chance, again. Bowl wasn't even half filled and legit only like 5 pieces of chicken in the bowl. The tortilla was also hard and stale. Chiptoles chat bot won't help, and can't connect to real person. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They have gone down hill fast, must of had change of managers. And chiptole customer service is non existent.
