    They were stingy with the meat even after the CEO went on his rant. They barely gave me any meat. So my date and I walked out and left our bowls there. I won't waste my time or money here again

    I dont want o make any trouble for anyone but this store is struggling. Food is not up to par for what I expect from Chipotle. and the tables and store all together looks like they were a bit behind on cleaning. I am hoping it was just bad timing as this is the first time I have been to this location. but it was pretty ruff.

    My experience at Chipotle on May 1, 2026 was very disappointing. I ordered a salad bowl, but the food quality was unacceptable. As the employee was preparing my order, I noticed the lettuce looked old and spoiled. Even the lettuce in the to-go containers looked bad. This was very off-putting, and I ended up taking photos of both the spoiled lettuce and my final dish. Overall, the cleanliness and food quality need serious improvement.

    Don’t go here if you’re white. I just watched them have a contest to see how long they’d go without helping a white guy at the counter to order and me standing at the take out area. After 10 minutes, the white guy at the counter walked out in anger. They laughed and then helped the next lady in line who was black immediately after he left. I continued to wait knowing exactly what they were doing. Another 5 minutes later an employee reluctantly asked my name for my order in the most inconvenienced manner you could imagine. My order had been bagged and sitting behind her since before I arrived. Unbelievable how we were treated. All should be fired. There were at least 6 employees visible. None would help the white guy at the counter and laughed when he left. I refused to give in to their game.
