  Went in Sept 1st for dinner. Girl scooping rice and meat was laughing and talking the whole time to her coworker. We found her to be rude and petty. Don’t go here! They have crappy service and give you less than a scoop of chicken. We ended up walking out.

  I mean, the place was clean, but I can’t lie. One thing that disappoints me is that all locations. Chipotle doesn’t matter what state you’re in they all do the same exact thing when you get any sort of meat they give you the least amount I ordered three times the amount of meat and they basically just gave me one spoonful. I paid like $23 for a bowl. It’s kind of wild overall clean and the workers were awesome just the amount of protein they give as disappointing all the time.

  Really disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. I ordered my food and noticed what appeared to be a significant amount of mold on the tortilla. It honestly makes no sense to me how something with this much visible mold could have been served to a customer. Someone should have noticed this before it ever left the kitchen. This completely ruined my appetite and made me question the food-safety standards and quality control. I hope management takes this seriously and looks into how the tortillas are being stored and handled. Definitely not an experience that makes me want to come back.

  Honestly wish I could give higher than a 5 star. This location was clean, they were generous with the portion, and have a great friendly staff. The best tasting bowl I've had from chiptole in years, had tons of flavor and the steak was seasoned and cooked well. My tortilla i got on the side was soft and warm. The other chiptoles I normally go to (one over west past the turn pike on okeechobee they skimp on portions and I barely get half a bowl filled (and that's with extra rice and beans) and the tortilla is usually hard and ripped in places, i decided to never go to that location despite being minutes from my home, It may be worth the drive over to palm beach lakes location for my future orders.

  This place is an option if you need cheap fast food but don't want to stick around. The honey chicken—which they heavily promote—ran out right before I could order it, so I didn't get to try it. I ordered the chicken with salad; I ended up with a whole bowl of lettuce and literally just a few pieces of chicken—maybe a hundred grams. I was disappointed. It was hard to find any chicken in the burrito, too, though they certainly didn't skimp on the rice. They prepare all the dishes right in front of you, and I wish I hadn't seen it. All the prep counters were dirty, and the staff made no move to wipe them down; they just stood there watching. It was incredibly unsanitary—I don't know what the health inspectors are doing. The dining area was filthy as well; there wasn't a single clean table, and the staff couldn't care less. It’s disgusting.
