They do an outstanding job making sure everything runs smoothly, and they always ensure that my orders come out perfectly. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about providing excellent customer service. It's rare to find a team that is so consistent and attentive. A special shoutout to Amarion at the register as well! He went above and beyond by double-checking my entire order to make sure everything was exactly right before I left. That extra attention to detail meant a lot and showed that he truly cares about the customers' experience. The entire team at this location is friendly, professional, and hardworking. They create such a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. It's refreshing to visit a place where everyone works together, treats customers with respect, and consistently delivers excellent service. The experience here is consistently exceptional. The staff is always polite, friendly, and genuinely seems to care about providing great customer service. Kasey, in particular, deserves recognition. She always seems to be there whenever I stop in, and she consistently acknowledges me with a warm, personable attitude. Those small interactions make a big difference and are a big part of why I keep coming back. The food is always fresh and consistently good, but what really sets this location apart is the overall experience. It simply feels different from any other fast food restaurant. No matter where else you go, it’s hard to find this level of service, consistency, and attention to customers. Thank you to Kasey and the entire team for always making each visit a pleasant one. The smell was also noticeable on the food bag. My concern is that an employee may have been wearing an excessive amount of cologne or fragrance while handling food. I brought the issue to the attention of the staff and politely requested a fresh order of fries. I remained calm and respectful when speaking with staff about the problem. After receiving a replacement order, both my child and I noticed an unusual burning sensation in our mouths when eating them. My toddler even commented that the fries tasted “spicy.” I promptly contacted a supervisor named Jenny and reported the incident to corporate. Due to the nature of my concerns, I intend to file a complaint with the local health department so the matter can be investigated appropriately. I believe someone tampered with the fries and whomever done it should be fired and banned from working in restaurants. My mouth has been burning for a few hours. Food safety should always be taken seriously, and I hope this issue receives a thorough review to ensure it does not happen to other customers. Please review your cameras in the kitchen on the date I was at your location.
