  The customer is never RIGHT! This is my new reality for this restaurant. This was our very first time ordering from this restaurant. We never go below 4.3 or 4.4 stars but at 3.9 and no one else nearby available to steam a full snapper on a Sunday evening, we regrettably decided to ignore the low rating and give them a chance. A family member is very sick but was craving steamed snapper. I placed the order and repeated multiple times that due to a very serious illness, I absolutely needed the fish prepared without any spices. After repeated requests and the call taker telling me, yes I heard you and she assured me she that she confirmed this with the chef, I placed the order. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed her putting vegetables on top of the fish. When I originally made the order, I insisted “fish only” and that I did not want rice and peas or any other sides with the fish (FISH ONLY). When I saw her putting the vegetables on top of the fish, I said to her, it’s “fish only” and she said to me, don’t worry I know you asked for no spice and there are no spices in the vegetables. Unfortunately, this was not true. There were multiple spices used to prepare the vegetables that were put all over the top of the fish and the entire order ended up going in the garbage after I drove home. I don’t know how many ways I pleaded with them to prepare the fish without spice, and perhaps the fish actually was prepared without spice but I will never know because it was smothered in vegetables that were in fact, prepared with spices. I wish I could give them zero stars for not caring about the customer request, but one star is as low as I can go, but at least now I know why they only have 3.9 stars - it should be lower! All they had ro to do to gain a new and loyal customer was to pay attention but that was obviously too much to ask!

  Lady who answer globes and work cashier is em very rude and disrespectful should have threw my plate in her face! When I asked for a manager she said they not in and will take a message. Don’t go there

  My first time coming to this location and I was highly disappointed. I ordered two plates, one oxtail and one curry chicken. Please be aware that the curry chicken is a choking hazard. It was full of a lot of small and sharp Bones and it lacks flavor and seasoning. The oxtails were seasoned pretty good, but for $25 I was expecting to receive more than three bones. For some reason the Star Crunch that was making my food, he made sure that he gave me a small pot of rice on my plate first and tried to hide the rice with the little amount of gravy he was willing to give up(after rolling his eyes). I was not greeted at the counter at all, but both employees seem like they had attitude problems and did not want to be to work today. So just keep in mind when you visit this location you will be buying an overpriced laxative. Is it safe to say I would never be returning to this location.

  Bull Top Taste is definitely worth a visit! The food was full of authentic Jamaican flavor, well-seasoned, fresh, and cooked just right. You can tell there’s care put into the food, and the portions were generous. If you’re looking for good Jamaican food with plenty of flavor, this is a spot to check out. Everything was satisfying, and I left happy and full. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu! Great food, great flavor, and a true taste of Jamaica! 🇯🇲🔥
