  Arrived in drive-thru at 9:15pm on 5/16 but didn’t get me drink until 9:49pm. To wait in drive that long was insane and the sad part was there was only 5 cars in front of me when I arrived

  Me and my 3 year old daughter come here everyday literally and the customer service is unmatched. Most of the baristas make my order good, but Cam usually makes my drinks when she is there and is so sweet. One day my order wasn’t so good which is rare and Cam got me together honey!! Love her personality and customer service also! I thought she was a manager the way she handled the situation because an actual manager tried to and failed 😞 Cam should be a manager or something. The girl knows her stuff 👏🏾 she’s apart of the reason I come everyday. Thanks Cam ❤️ we appreciate your hard work and good coffee ☕️

  First time at 7 Brew and was not impressed. Ordered two energy drinks, repeated flavors (brewberry and ocean breeze) numerous times to the lady taking our order only to get to the pick up point and they were wrong and frozen.

  Inconsistent. Probably should train them properly. Went at night and they had cars in lane two but then told me to move to lane one and lied and said lane 2 was closed. Didn’t know they make the rules lol what a joke

  I came around 8:45 for a blended fizz drink and I was told the blenders are “closed” and I asked why (I’ve been before same location around the same time and got the drink) the worker said that’s just the team manager rule I asked to speak with them and a lady by the name “GABRIELLE” she was very rude and had a very snarky attitude saying the blenders were broken (I was there 2 hours before to get a blended drink everything worked). I don’t appreciate the attitude and lack of work from your manager lady.
