- AAa!3 days ago2.0very good drinks, but staff is very unwelcoming to new people and they don't even say hi, how are you or crack a smile. they looked very upset we even showed up and was very in and out. i understand we arent there to have a conversation but customer service is important and i did not get that today.

People standing around not doing anything. Rude employees and they even tried to bring me back the wrong drink that they had sitting on the counter for me to take instead of making the correct drink. If I am the owner of this establishment I would maybe check up on the incompetence I am hiring.

- SSSophiaAug 12, 20262.0Ordered a latte online through their mobile app which really doesn’t do anything for you in regards to time, you still have to wait in line and they make it when you arrive- ordered a latte, waited 5 minutes and they give me a matcha? I don’t understand the confusion- latte and matcha- so obviously they just aren’t paying any attention at all! I waited for my latte and it tasted like dirty coffee water. Very dissatisfied
