  Today was by far my worst experience with 7brews when I spend my money everyday literally yesterday I thought it was the free keychain day so I got 2 medium blondies but it was for today and I already paid for them both so today I go to get my keychain and was explaining to the manager that I paid for 2 mediums yesterday which I didn’t need 2 just to get my key chain she straight told me no I can’t get it I will not be spending my money there no more and I was a loyal customer 🤬

  Rude rude staff!!! Took 20 minutes from ordering to get up to the window and get our drinks that were just sitting on a tray outside. Said thank you 3 times and got ignored each time. Won’t be back. 2 stars because the drinks were good.

  Horrible coffee! I used to have 7brews in Milwaukee which was amazing, came here and it tastes straight up like black coffee from a random diner in the middle of no where. Such a disappointment for a known name. Also, lines were insanely long and service was super slow. I don’t recommend this location at all.

  I’ve been a loyal customer since this location first opened, and it’s disappointing to see how much things have declined. As I’m writing this review, I’ve already been sitting in line for 32 minutes and I’m still waiting. The wait times have become unreasonable, and the drinks are no longer made consistently or correctly. The customer service isn’t what it used to be either. You can check my account history—I have been supporting this location from the very beginning. That’s why it’s so frustrating to see the decline instead of improvement. The one bright spot is Angel. She’s been here since the beginning, and she’s always friendly, professional, and consistently provides excellent service. She deserves recognition because she’s carrying a lot of the positive customer experience on her own. I was also disappointed to hear that Trin is leaving. Because of the ongoing issues at this location, I’ll be driving to the Hypoluxo location more often instead. Management really needs to invest in training and staffing. Loyal customers notice when standards slip, and unfortunately, this location is no longer delivering the experience that made so many of us regulars in the first place.

  Since the opening of the 7 Brew I've been coming here so a few years now and one thing I have noticed is the customer service is getting more crappy with girls that seem like they have attitudes walks around like they don't even want to be here they're short with the customers in the car with Attitude there's like two out of everybody that has a good attitude
