  Been coming here with the family for years , lots of flavors great staff and overall good vibes a place to come after dinner or just a hot day . Each month new flavor comes out many to choose from . Family favorite

  I went to pay and the lady at the front forgot to give me spoons and she had walked away, so I asked another person behind the counter and he rudely pressed me when I asked for the spoons insisting that I didn’t pay. I insisted that I already paid but then he went to ask the lady. This was the owner that was rude so I strongly recommend you try another froyo place. It was low quality and terrible customer service. They wont last long with terrible service and nasty tasting froyo. Menchies is better!

  First off, I’m not a frozen yogurt eater at all, but this place is my only exception. It is literally my favorite place to go and even tops ice cream shops in my opinion. The yogurt is extremely cold and It stays fresh longer and doesn’t melt or get soupy. The toppings are all freshly kept so you can customize your bowl how ever you like…..your own way. It’s self serve for the entire process which makes it fast and efficient. Nothing is worse than waiting in line at ice cream stores or getting some rude employee that skimps on toppings. This place has very friendly staff and you can load up your bowl with as much fresh fruit, candy, sauces and whipped cream as much as you like. It absolutely delicious and I highly recommend 16 Handles.

  The yogurt was fantastic and the customer service was even better. That blonde young man, Tony, working the cash register was such a respectful young man. Such a good experience
