  I'm not too familiar with latin food but I heard some good things about Pollo Tropical. When I decided to try it, I had a few questions about the food and thankfully the girl at the front counter was able to answer all of them. Lidia was her name and she was incredibly helpful. The food I tried was amazing and I plan on coming back here in the future. Of o could give service 6 stars o would.

  Pollo Tropical is always a solid choice—great food and consistently accurate orders. It’s an excellent option, especially for a $20 family meal. After being down for a couple of days with a stomach bug, I finally got out to run some errands and stopped in for my first real meal. I’ll admit, I was a little hangry and not fully myself. In the middle of everything, I misplaced my change—it had slipped between my phones while I was responding to a customer. The young lady at the counter handled the situation incredibly well. She stayed calm, professional, and kept gently reminding me to check my pockets. I apologized several times, and I know that these days it can be hard to tell when someone is being sincere, but I truly was. She even went to the shift manager (he’ll know who she is), and throughout the entire situation, she showed remarkable composure and patience. Honestly, she handled it so well she could teach a class on customer service. Great food and even better service—thank you.

  Went to Pollo Tropical and ordered the boneless plater with rice and beans. When I received my order I checked the 2 pieces of best and they were burnt. I asked to please change them and they gave me one new piece and the other they just turned over. So I complained again and told them that was not acceptable. I heard the cook made this comment to a coworker; now she is going to have to wait because there isn't more ready. They had the worst attitude towards me. I decided not to answer him because he is a rude and uneducated person. He also told me, I'm not going to changed it anymore.To bad he didn't have a tag name. He should think that thank to the customers he has a job. I'm attaching a photo.

  The food was really good but the guests service on friendliness sucks tremendously. I will not go back to Pollo tropical located in Palm Bay next to 95. My first time there was not a good experience I asked a question about what type of sauce did they have being I didn’t know or see it on the menu either the tone in her voice and how she spoke it out as if I knew as I get to the window the girl at the window she was a little more kinder than the one on the speaker on giving me the name of the different sauce they had.but when it was time for me to get my food she pass the bag out the window without saying have a good day or and or informing that everything is in the bag or I didn’t get a receipt.. but my main concern was the guest service sucks really bad and for the one lady to be Lead of the store she should set better example in front of her crew
