I placed a mobile order for drive through pick up. The vehicle in front of me got heir food but didn't leave. The drive through attendant returned to the window with my order and gave it to them also. When i pulled up to the window, the attendant attempted to hand me the food for the car behind me. I told the person what my order was and she looked confused. I asked her to check the mobile order and gave my code. I told her that i ordered a big mack pack (assuming that she knows what this is as it is on the menu) and 2 deluxe mccrispys. She left the window and returned., asking me to pull forward and wait without explanation. I saw what happened and expected an explanation and some sort of urgency to prepare my order. I waited 5 to 10 minutes and no one came out. I went inside and asked if they had given my order to thw car in front of me and they ignored my question, replying "your food will be ready in a minute. " i waited another 5 minutes in the lobby as a line built up behind me. They brought me a bag of the wrong items and missing items. I asked for the manager at this point because i now feel like the line employee was not equipped for this type of recovery. The manager walked past and went to the register. I asked if she could help fix my order. She replied "we gave you your order. " with a terrible attitude. So much so that the people in line behind me commented about her attitude. I replied that the order was incorrect, even after the drive through attendant brought what she thought was correct. The manager replied "well you should have told us what your were supposed to be getting. " i replied that she could easily check my mobile order to confirm my order, gave her the code and she ignored me for the next 15 minutes while the line employees tried to correct my order. They never gave me everything and i spent 32.16 dollars for the wrong food. After spending more than 30 minutes at the store, i left with most of the wrong food and one of the worst experiences at a McDonald's that i have had in decades. I worked in a McDonald's as a teen and i have worked in customer service roles as an employee and leadership my entire life. I understand thing do not always go perfectly, but custom recovery and empathy for a customers hard earned money is how you show a consistent brand. This experience and the manager especially was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional and i still did not get what i had paid for. I do hope that this is not a normal occurrence at this location.
Update: I was contacted by the location after communicating with corporate. The location promised a refund for my food and the experience. It has been weeks and I haven't seen a penny. I have checked my email and my mail box... And nothing...

Price is outrageous. Food is okay, not worth the price of a "Real" Meal. Any fast food meal that is over $10 is robbery

This is by far my favorite McDonald's. I have to give a shout out to the manager Desiree, absolutely professional and an asset to the company. Im in the service industry and the was she handled a previous issue I had and the way she represented herself and the company was refreshing. My breakfast was great and I will always return that specific location. Other McDonald's could learn from this location in my opinion. Thank you again Desiree for your help and professional attitude.
