  Chipotle employee's seem miserable and over worked. I miss the the days where the employees were happy and the burritos were way bigger.

  When you walk in there is a mess everywhere. They did not greet me at an empty line for more than 2 minutes. They skimped on the meat and tell you we have to charge for double when the scoop falls off the spoon back into the container and on the line. $20 for a bowl is outrageous after terrible customer service and poor atmosphere. Not all Chipotles are the same I guess…

  Yall are always understaffed at the busiest points of the day. Why is it a weekend at lunchtime and there’s only one person working line and one girl rushing back and forth between register. Seems unfair to them too to be spread out so thin. At least the foods good.

  AVOID THIS LOCATION‼️ I keep giving this location another chance, but I always end up disappointed. It never fails that during the dinner rush they are out of the basics like guacamole, rice, or even certain meats. The restaurant is also often dirty, with tables left uncleaned, and the staff doesn’t seem very attentive. I’ve seen customers standing around waiting for someone to help them. My biggest issue was with customer service. I politely mentioned to the older lady with glasses and a ponytail that my chips seemed stale and asked if I could swap them for another bag. Instead of helping, she argued that they were made fresh. I wasn’t trying to complain, I just wanted a different bag. 🤷🏽‍♂️ The food quality is bad as well, the rice can be crunchy, and overall the atmosphere feels messy and poorly managed. It’s disappointing as this is the closest location to me, and I really want it to be better. Oh well.

  Extremely horrible customer service on the manager . The crew seemed super kind . I got a bowl last night and it came with stale chips . No guac ( i ordered quac ) . And the jalapeños were diced extremely thick … i ordered pickup . When i finally got the chance to eat my bowl and notice this things chipotle was closed so i ate no dinner and wrapped it up to just bring it when they opened the following day ( today ) i came to the window and asked for the store manager … he came off rude first quarter but said sure to remaking it and to just bring it inside . I thought perfect ( i normally never return stuff because I'm a server myself and understand the food industry and sometimes they are out or whatever yk stuff happens) . They remake the bowl he throws it on the counter and looked my way i kinda got the hint and came to grab the food … once i grabbed the food i got IMMEDIATE attitude from the manger . “ next time to prevent this you come when were open “ … um….i did … ? I was overlllllly polite and hearing him out and why he was frustrated with me as a consumer . I shared hey you guys were closed that why i came rn ( an hour after opening … i overslept) and he says yea no in the future just call chipotle which i use to work at chipotle they would much rather make you a bowl then refund you … then proceeds to say its an inconvenience to them … nobody was even in the line ( there were about 3 people in the lobby ) . Whatever i realized quickly after i said i got guac there was none . And i genuinely couldn’t eat the bowl because of how many jalapeños were in the pico and corn salsa mix ( ik they prep it that way and i LOVE IT but when i tell you these dices were thick they were THICK lol ) that he just wanted to argue so I ask for chips because there were none in the bag and said have a great day .. got home to eat my lunch and theres no protein in the entire bowl … not even a slip of two pieces of steak how there is sometimes … i mean nothing.. and they almost forgot to put the guac AGAIN from how its rushed into the bowl . Im a super down to earth person and i love people . I normally tip whatever i can yk .. like i genuinely don't understand the disrespect as a CUSTOMER .. if anyone should've been upset it honestly should've been me . I ate no dinner lol … and wasted money overall because even with the remake there’s no hot honey chx .
