  Three orders placed online for pick up since this location opened. While the food you actually get is good, good luck getting your complete order. DO not order online if you want ALL of your order to be in the bag when you get home OR a refund when they screw up and do not put your completed order in the bag. Chipotle's website AI is useless.

  How is this a brand new store with garbage quality already hard rice and barely any meat $13 for this burrito and it’s garbage also I think your employees don’t know what customer service is blank stare with no care in the world. I don’t recommend ordering ahead I have no idea how long This soggy burrito sat for never going back pandas right next door or go anywhere else save your money

  I never leave reviews, but I just had to. Stood in line for 15 minutes…there was ONE person in line in front of me. Only 1 person working the line while also working the register. All the employees look like we’re forcing them to be there. Not even a smile cracked, I don’t really complain about this stuff, but this is like the fourth time it’s happened. My husband and I left and realized they charged us for chips but didn’t put them in the bag, so we went back to grab the chips. My husband was given a blank stare when he asked for them, not a single “I’m sorry” or “oh my bad”. Not even a fake one. Just stared a hole through him and handed him the chips like it was his fault. Never go here.

  New chipotle!🌯🌯🌯 we ended up chatting with the staff for a while, they were so nice and helpful.

  A very good location foodwise. Service was good and bathrooms were clean. Tables were dirty but that seems common everywhere now.
