  NICHOLAS was an absolute gem that saved your reputation. The line was long, as always. Unfortunately there was only one line prep. She was taking orders and prepping all the way down the line. But when she got to me, you can tell she was on her last straw with no additional help. When she completed my burrito and wrapped it tight... she threw it down and walked away, like a mic drop. The cashier looked at me kind of embarrassed and a little shocked, as was I! Because through the 1 sheet of foil the burrito was sitting there kind of poking out already. So I paid and sat down. The Burrito was ofcourse just a mess. I had to keep rewrapping it as I ate it. It was the messiest thing ever! So I ended up throwing it away. I was so upset, I couldn't even go and reorder it. So I sent my son. I explained my situation to nicholas, and he didn't charge me for my redo. Thank you so much Nicholas! You made my night! I will be definitely going back as happy as I was when I first walked in! The chick on the line was great, but that is definitely a 2 person job. As frustrating as it was to pull that line by herself... She still didnt have to throw my burrito. Lol

  Went to pick up my order from drive thru and one of the workers named Ni'Kya greeted me with a warm smile and was very polite. Made sure I had everything I needed and provided me with impeccable customer service, I will be back. 10/10 customer satisfaction.

  This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Completely understaffed and they had literally nothing. No rice, no steak no peppers and onions. absolutely do not waste your time at this place.

  Customer Service NOT in their handbook!!! This place needs to close down for a couple of weeks to train personnel on customer service. Visited this location on May 31, at 11:15 am. My wife and I went inside to order food, getting food did not happen. There was only a woman with two little boys ahead of us, which took a good 5 min for her to get served and even then, the employee did not have a clue and needed assistance from another employee who appeared to be on break to assist him. This was taking about an additional 7 minutes. Not once did any of the employees acknowledged us nor were we asked if we have been helped, not even a simple "Apologize about the wait, we will be with you as soon as possible." We ended up walking away after waiting more than 15 min and realizing that it would be a while before we would even get any food. I believe even order bag a chips with salsa was an impossible task.
