  Great food and amazing service! I was particularly impressed by the young lady at the cashier. Despite her young age, she was incredibly professional, polite, fast, and welcoming. Wonderful customer service that deserves recognition!

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience today was disappointing because of the manager on duty. She was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. After my order was made incorrectly (my extra sauce was forgotten), another employee acknowledged the mistake right away. Instead of simply helping resolve the issue, the manager made jokes about me to the cashier, saying that “something is always wrong with my food.” That was disrespectful and embarrassing as a customer. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I don’t understand is being treated poorly for politely asking for my order to be corrected. Customer service starts with respect, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking today. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should feel mocked or dismissed when asking for an order to be fixed. And it was a wet stain on the floor and I told the cashier and she mentioned I know but didn’t put a sign up or anything.

  To many kids working… giving their friends free food and playing not even trying to worry about getting the orders out in a timely manner. I sat there almost a hour waiting on my order… it wasn’t even that busy… I refuse to go there again

  Save yourself the time as well as any delivery driver you send here. They mark orders as "ready" on the app when they haven't even started cooking them, just to fake their times for corporate. If not this place would have been shut down a long time ago. I don't even blame them with how understaff they are during peak times. Always massive confusion at the counter. They completely lose track of who gets what, making the wait times even longer

  Geez, this location has absolutely zero customer service. Walked in and wasn’t greeted by anyone. When I got to the counter, I was met with nothing but a blank stare. I was only there to pick up an online order. The employee handed me the bag without saying a word—not a hello, not a thank you, not even confirming the order. Basic communication seems completely absent at this location. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. This Wingstop has had customer service problems for a long time. Employees often come across as annoyed that customers are there, which makes for an uncomfortable experience every visit. The food may be fine, but customer service matters too. A simple greeting, eye contact, and a “have a good day” would go a long way. Until management takes customer service seriously, I can’t recommend this location.
