I visited this store while visiting my sister from out of town; and the customer service, professionalism, and food quality was horrible. I understand people make mistake but to not own it was the biggest issue. They made me feel like I cooked the food wrong. Even the managers; Kayla & Heather were very nasty and disrespectful. This place needs to be shut down and regrouped. You two ladies should be ashamed of yourself.

I love this location it’s super busy so mind that, If you get lucky you’ll get Josh he’s definitely got a great head on his shoulders and handles the crowds well! He makes the location amazing handing everyone with care, great taste and people come here!!! Tiren he is another great employee always so sweet and quick with his service as you can see this location is my favorite

I had a very disappointing experience at this location and will not be returning. My order was incorrect—I was shorted two tenders from a 5-piece and one wing from a 6-piece. The fries were soggy, and the drink tasted watered down.
More concerning, part of my chicken was undercooked. I returned to the store to address the issue, which was already an inconvenience, only to be told by a supervisor (Kayla) that the chicken was not raw. I was then informed that I could not receive a refund, only store credit. While I was offered a remake, there was no apology for the mistakes or the food quality.
The lack of accountability and dismissive attitude made the situation worse. It felt like I was inconveniencing staff simply by bringing back an issue that should not have happened in the first place.
I will be contacting the general manager first thing tomorrow.

Spent $40 on 25 traditional wings as a walk in. Waited for 40 minutes as delivery orders cut in front of me in the queue. I finally get the wings and they weren’t even flats as requested. Not sure why pay so much for so terrible service. Especially if I’m going out of my way to pick it up and I’m still somehow behind people who ordered at home and I payed just as much as them. Then I open the box and they’re tiny wings. Never coming back. Terrible experience all the way around and would never recommend to you if you see this or any of the other bad reviews.

Cashier/manager working on 4/15 with the tattoos had a terrible passive aggressive attitude. I ask for extra fry seasoning and she snacks the container away from me with a blank face and proceeds to stick her face in my bag and season my fries. I’ve never had to deal with such an awkward unwelcoming environment, it seems like wingstop customer service and who they have in leadership positions has gone to an all time low.
