  I would have been better off buying a frozen pizza from the supermarket. This location has changed for the worst....awful, dry, flat, cardboard pizzas with no flavor. Kind of shocking for a Papa Johns. Waste of money.

  “Glitch” in their service and they don’t have my order. Got a confirmation email and was charged for it. They are not reliable.

  Worst pizza place ever. You will be so disappointed in ordering from here… it’s a shame. They don’t care what you think, and deliver garbage pizza and usually nothing that you ordered. Wesley chapel is a busy place…. I’m surprised they even have 3 stars. This place, and management is garbage.

  I was having a disastrous day and was on my last toe and then alex served me and hes the best worker on earth he helped me with everything and got my order ready and i tipped him my last 42 cents

  Unfortunately, this is the second time we've had a bad experience here. Years ago, this place wasn't so bad, but now it's a true waste of money. We ordered a large cheese and large pepperoni. The pepperoni was supposed to have extra sauce, but it hardly had anything on it. Most slices only had two slices of pepperoni each. A few slices only had ONE pepperoni. The cheese pizza also had practically 0 sauce on it. I'm not sure who they're hiring, but apparently, the employees either have no clue how to make their pizza or they have never eaten a slice of pizza in their lives. Tl;dr save your money. It isn't worth the risk, even with a sale
