- JHJordon HillJul 10, 20261.0We were supposed to have to pizza delivered by 7:45. 8:00 came and went and still nothing. Understandable. But, decided to still call the store just to check and they said the driver (who was from Door Dash) still wasn’t at the store. Okay, okay. Still understandable. 8:20 comes and still nothing and then get a text from the driver saying he’s been waiting for our order this whole time. So I call the store again. Now they say they never saw the driver and they’ll get it to him ASAP. Now it’s been over an hour later and still no order as I type this. Also want to add that when I first placed the order (which was over the phone - my mistake) they said they didn’t deliver to our address. Mind you, we live 2.5 miles from the store…. Online, though, it said they do deliver to our address. So I called back and when someone else answered the phone, they said they DO deliver to our address. Odd. DEFINITELY won’t order from this location again - and highly recommend others to do the same.

They don’t care what you think, and deliver garbage pizza and usually nothing that you ordered. Wesley chapel is a busy place…. I’m surprised they even have 3 stars. This place, and management is garbage.
