Service was atrocious. Lemonade had a bug in it, so I took it back. The lady didn’t apologize, instead, she looked at it as if I was making it up. She reluctantly gave me another drink but didn’t bother to apologize. Never again stepping into this “restaurant.”

There have been numerous times that items are left out all together. One time my entire sandwich was burned to a crisp, I couldn’t even get through a few bites. One time the empanadas came in a completely different style than usual, all different ingredients used too. The sandwiches come with different sauces on them every time. I mean it’s ridiculous, do they not understand the concept of a restaurant menu? It’s supposed to be consistent unless a stated change is made. You aren’t supposed to just decide how you feel like making it each day.

This needs to be corrected because food is too high in price to just give anything to customers and not make sure it’s done to best possible ability. I won’t be returning because this is the second time.

My husband ordered the chimichurri steak sandwich which was mainly bread, and the meat had no flavor. I ordered the chicken sandwich, which was also pretty much flavorless. The order of fries we got also tasted stale; like they were freezer burned. Our order was almost $50. Definitely not worth it - McDonald's would've been better to be honest.
