    This has become a recurring issue at this McDonald’s, and unfortunately it’s always with the same manager, Cole. Multiple coworkers from my job visit this location during our breaks, and whenever there’s an issue, his name is the one that constantly comes up. I have personally had several negative experiences with him, and after tonight, I’ve had enough. I ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheese McMuffin and made one simple request—not to burn the English muffin. When I received my sandwich, the muffin was burnt and it didn’t even have the egg on it. I politely asked the young lady at the drive-thru window if it could be remade. She was very professional, apologized, and immediately took the sandwich back. Within seconds, Cole came to the window with an unnecessary attitude and asked, “Since you don’t want the sandwich, do you want a refund?” I never asked for a refund. I simply wanted the order corrected. He then asked, “Where is the old sandwich?” I explained that his employee had already taken it. I also mentioned that bringing food back through the drive-thru window isn’t sanitary. His response was that he had to make sure I wasn’t “just trying to get another sandwich.” Not only was that accusation insulting, but the entire interaction was handled with a rude tone, dirty looks, and complete disrespect. Good customer service starts with treating customers with professionalism, especially when the restaurant made the mistake. Afterward, I tried speaking with another manager—a light-skinned woman with a short black bob hairstyle. I asked if she was the manager, and instead of showing any concern, she rolled her eyes and said, “I am one of them, but this isn’t my shift.” There was no effort to listen to my concern or help resolve the situation. This location is in a nice area, and I expect much better customer service. Mistakes happen, but it’s the way they’re handled that matters. Every other employee I’ve interacted with here has been pleasant. The recurring problem is Cole’s attitude and lack of professionalism. After multiple encounters with him, I’m honestly beginning to question whether I’m being treated differently because his behavior toward me has consistently been hostile and disrespectful. McDonald’s should seriously address the customer service at this location. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, not suspicion and attitude, especially when they’re simply asking for their order to be made correctly. Btw, I did not eat the new santon gear that he might have done something to it .

    I ordered a smoothie one simple thing takes two seconds and I waited in lot number over 15 mins and they forgot about me twice the incompetence is wild it’s not rocket science never coming back here again

    24hr drive thru advertised everywhere on all signs and online. Came after 14hr shift drive thru blocked off at 3am with employees inside.

    Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I have been in dining room and order ignored for 30 minutes…so long I asked for refund. Never order after ten, night shift only knows how to make smashed burgers. Total waste of money, food is trash even for McDonald’s.

    They had me sat in the drive-through for more than 10 minutes while they served other people. I ordered one singular burger with fries. Chronically understaffed and terrible service. The food did not make up for it.
