  Their food is good but you need to find another location. 30 minute wait for two blts with literally two people in the dining room. No food on the pickup shelf. I have no idea what they were doing for 30 minutes other than making my food. When I saw no food on the shelf, I walked up to the pickup side of the counter and asked if I picked up online orders there. They asked who it was for. I gave them my name and I was told you'll have to give us a couple minutes. Not oh it'll be up in just a couple minutes sir or anything customer service related but that I need to give them a couple minutes while they're doing absolutely nothing. I've only had Jimmy John's delivered before. I've never come to the store so I don't know if all the stores are like this or not. But that's pretty pathetic.

  6/21/2026 - Today is definitely not an ideal day to visit this location. Customer service is extremely cold and very much less than horrible to treatment for customers attempting to support their brand/service. I am very sad to say, but I will never eat nor order from this location again based upon the experience. 1257 N Bruce B Downs Blvd Wesley Chapel Fl 33544.

  Love their sandwiches! Especially the Beef & Cheddar and Club Lulu. They corrected the sales tax issue immediately after my review. Thanks.

  Whoever manages this place needs more training . It took me 30 mins to get one sandwich. They claim it was a catering order, but what sandwich takes 30 minutes to make? The employees had no sense of urgency, racking up a line of people and moving as slow as possible with this “catering order”.
