  Inchin’s always been one of our all-time favorite restaurants, and we genuinely enjoy the food, ambience, and overall experience here. However, one recurring issue has unfortunately started affecting our visits, the seating experience with one particular female server. This has now happened to us three separate times. We are usually a group of 3–4 people, yet despite multiple booth tables being completely vacant, we were repeatedly assigned extremely uncomfortable seating arrangements such as narrow tables, shaky tables, or bench seating with chairs. On each occasion, when we politely requested a booth, we were always denied. The explanations given were inconsistent: • “Someone else might need the booth since it’s one hour to closing.” • “It’s 20 minutes to close and someone may still come.” • “I’m the only server and I prefer seating everyone close together for easier management.” What made this especially frustrating was that the restaurant was mostly empty during these visits, with numerous booth tables available throughout. Most recently, during a family outing we again requested the booth seating arrangement. Even after explaining politely, the request was resisted repeatedly until I finally asked whether there was a manager I could speak with, only then was a booth suddenly offered. That interaction honestly felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary. As customers, we visit not only for the food, but also to relax, enjoy the ambience, and spend quality time with family. Having to repeatedly justify a simple seating request in a largely empty restaurant takes away from the experience. I would sincerely request the management to please look into this matter and address these repeated customer service concerns. We truly enjoy this restaurant and would love for the dining experience to remain as welcoming and comfortable as the food itself.

  We just had a fantastic Mother’s Day early dinner. The waiters were very willing to explain the different Indian dishes. Definitely worth going outside your food comfort zone. The paneer was very good. They also have very tasty Asian dishes for those who do not want to stray to far. (I forgot to take food photos.)

  Great fun trying this restaurant for dinner...we ordered the pot stickers and used sweet. Chili sauce...perfect.....my wife ordered the Butter Chicken with rice and l had yellow curry with mixed vegetables...delicious...nice spice level. Plan to go back and try noodles and other dishes. Pria was our server and was great.

  The food and service here is absolutely amazing. The entrees and starters are super unique, but beyond delicious. Our waitress, Priya was so very sweet and attentive! She was super adamant about making sure we knew what we were ordering before we ordered. The paneer is always good phenomenal in any of the dishes. A must try is the crispy chili corn! This is our 4th time here and we most definitely will return!

  This is our first time having endo Chinese food and I tell you what it was awesome and will definitely be back!! The chili chicken was amazing and we had it dry it was so good could not stop eating it. We also had the vegetable haka noodles We love them love them even more than lo mein noodles. We also had the Manchurian cauliflower the flavor on them was so good We were blown away. We also had the tandoori momos with Paneer, was so good. We will definitely be back and I recommend this to anybody that likes Indian and Chinese food so good.
