- YJYeico JaramilloMay 9, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant through Uber Eats. I placed a pickup order and arrived around 11:01 PM to get my food, only to be told that my order had been thrown in the trash. Nobody offered to remake the food, refund me, or provide any kind of solution. When I contacted Uber Eats, they said the restaurant was responsible for the food. The restaurant then told me to deal with Uber customer service instead. In the end, I paid for food I never received and nobody took responsibility. This situation felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to a paying customer. If an order is accidentally discarded or given away, the restaurant should make an effort to fix the issue instead of sending customers away with no help at all. Very poor customer service experience.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
