  Just not very good customer service from both the girls working today. If an order is ready please call out the name instead of staring at the customer. The guy was friendly though and helpful, just more alert. To work in this type of customer I feel you have to be upbeat friendly and alert. These are traits that the hiring manager needs to look for to have the best team.

  Whatever you do, do not place an online order from this place. I am speaking as a food delivery courier myself: they prioritize customers who walk in over those who order online. They couldn't care less about customers who place online orders. They keep couriers waiting for hours on end. Not only will your food arrive late, but you may also end up having to eat it cold or in a spoiled condition. Every customer who arrived after me managed to place and pick up their orders before I did; yet, I—along with the other couriers waiting there—did nothing but wait. Time is valuable to people, but this establishment operates with a mindset that shows absolutely no consideration for human beings.

  Great service for some great bagels! Anthony did great in taking my order and making sure everything was good
