  I’m soooooooo tired of people applying to jobs especially in hospitality that don’t even want to work. Come in with a messed up attitude ready to ruin the next person day by being absolutely difficult. So confused on why I couldn’t place 2 orders or even add another coffee to the first order. What would have been the difference if I placed an order in the drive thru and then walked inside to place another order? Make it make sense. This the second Dunkin I’ve done experienced attitude and what they can’t do instead of what they can. The Dunkin on Fowler rushed me through my whole order then when I asked what’s the problem she told me I could leave.

  This location is historically slow, but on Sunday April 12th it took incompetence to another level. I arrived at 7:30am to see 1 car at the order kiosk and a few in line around the bend. Once the order was taken I pulled up and after 5 mins an employee told me to hold on, for another 8 mins. Finally, employee took a simple order, large coffee, 2 egg/cheese wraps and 1 Boston Creme donut. Upon arrival at the window, paid and received the donut. Just under 5 mins later received the coffee and was told she was waiting on the food. Employee never returned. I sat there for 15 minutes at the window with cars stacking up. Finally another employee showed up and blamed it on the "New Girl". I advised that I would be contacting the franchise owner as well as corporate. I received a bag which I assumed was my order. I should have checked my order but my son was now going to be late for his baseball game in Citrus Park that we left plenty early for. Once he was settled at the game I opened the bag to see only 1 egg/cheese wrap after ordering 2. I'm not shocked at all. I was in line for almost 28 minutes. The level of incompetence at this location is mind blowing. My advice is to drive on by and find another coffee location.

  The employees were working when they had water dripping from a light ballasts and the light is on. The place is run down and needs some severe upgrading. Basic supplies that the store should have are out and now they have to order it, which means they have to wait longer to replenish these supplies.
