- DCDoug Clontz2 days ago1.0So this place will not put your stevia in your drink claiming they dont wear gloves. But yet they put their hands all over your cup with no gloves. So going thru drive thru you have to stop somewhere and put the stevia in and stir it up in your car before you can go about your day. Anyplace else they put it in for you.

Placed my order and then got my food in a reasonable time. Got home and the bagel I got was 2 bottom pieces that were rock solid, cold and just not edible. The bacon egg and cheese bagel I got was 2 tops, also cold and just tough to eat. Spent $15 for breakfast for myself and kid just to ultimately have to go elsewhere.

Our order was almost $30. I told them what they could do with their order and as well that we would never be back. Asked for the franchisees name and telephone number they told me that they couldn’t give it to me. More nonsense. It’s usually posted on the building itself. Try the Dunkin’ Donuts across from Advent Hospital on Bruce B Downs wonderful people don’t go here.
- TNTan NJul 23, 20261.0Ordered my coffee on the app. When I came to pickup, this was what I saw. "Excuse me, why's my coffee short like this?", I asked. One of the workers said it was because I ordered 'less ice'. I have ordered less ice at many Dunkins. Before they filled it up all the way, but I noticed recently it's been short an inch or so, which is exactly the amount missing in the cup on the right. But the one on the left was a forth or a third short. And you could see in cup on the left, the ice was already half the cup, compared to the lesser amount of ice in the cup on the right. People, the cup is wider on top compared to the bottom, that missing volume is probably a third or more not just a forth. And one of the workers offered to fill it up with more ice...🤦🤦 To whoever runs this franchise, do you think it is ever acceptable to serve a half empty cup of coffee? Oh and BTW, there wasn't any coldfoam, which was stated on my order sticker.

It was too hot to drink right away, so about 15 minutes away I took my first sip and it was basically hot sugar. I looked at the sticker and she had typed 12 sugars. Who drinks coffee with that much sugar? It was undrinkable and I had to dump it out. Employees were nice. Store was clean. Got a replacement coffee in Ocala, FL.
