I was the first and ONLY person in line. Made eye contact with several employees but was never greeted. After a few minutes I walked out. The restaurant was filthy. For starters, the front door was so dirty that you could barely see clearly through it. The drinks and condiment station was dirty and completely disorganized. As we approached the food line, the prep area was partially empty and also looked dirty and poorly maintained. There were three employees behind the counter, but instead of cleaning, organizing the prep area, or making sure the restaurant looked presentable for customers, they were standing around talking. I even saw another customer cleaning their own table before sitting down to eat. This is extremely concerning, especially considering the food-safety and cleanliness issues that have been reported involving Chipotle locations. Where was management? Be very careful when eating at this Chipotle. Cleanliness should be a basic priority, especially at a restaurant serving food to the public.
