  I've been ordering on the app and picking up at the drive-thru pretty regularly for the past few months. It was ok at first, but just too many issues lately. The last 3 visits I was missing at least 1 item when I got home and the food has been ice cold. I'm not talking cooled off after it was prepared. I'm talking refrigerator cold. When I mention it at the next visit, the employees just don't care and make no attempt to make it right. In fact, they just leave something out of my cold food again. Free queso for my birthday today never made it into the bag. Happy birthday I guess. I guess I need to find somewhere else to get a quick dinner on my way home from Sunday golf.

  I visited a few days ago so this is a review for that day not today: Ordering inside YES Mobile Order (if it's inside yes) Drive thru ABSOLUTELY NOT 1. Why are you guys giving the fresh food to the people in drive thru. They barely put anything in the bowl anyway 2. they are rude (in drive thru, inside is chill). I guess because not a lot of people can see them so they just act however 3. They IGNORE YOU HARD. Had one guy in there who asked for our names and went to get are food (we were the only ones in line with just two bowls that were sitting and ready) took him 30 mins when someone else came behind us and he told us to move up. WHYYYY, we were already waiting and are food is literally RIGHT THERE MADE, COMPLETED, FINISHED. I would understand if we were being rude but we weren't we just gave him are names. He said "oH, yOu GuYs cAmE EaRlY" ARE FOOD IS DONE, PACKED, AND SITTING RIGHT THERE WHY WOULDN'T YOU GIVE IT TO US LIKE WHAT. MAKE IT MAKE SENSES. CHIPOTLE YOU guys have to change the system or something. That's insane Anyway don't do drive thru, go inside and watch them make your food. That's the best advice I would give anyone who comes here.

  This location also doesn't offer a veteran discount. I ordered a steak bowl. I noticed the mild salsa container was empty along with the sour cream. I asked for both and 2 employees seemed to be at a loss of what to do. I waited several minutes for maybe a scoop of each with other toppings. I should have asked for a manager to step in bc some of the workers seemed lost and didn't care to fully take care of the customer. Ill make a note of this location and maybe give them another chance to redeem themselves bc this could have just been this moment. Maybe management needs to train better to communicate with the customer?

  I went to a different location than my usual this time for lunch. I tried to sign up for the app for a free guac reward, but the reward didn’t load! The person at the register still gave me the guac anyways! His name was Fesaul he was so friendly! The toppings were the freshest i have had at any chipotle guys go to this chipotle it’s sooo good.

  I had a good experience overall. The food wasn’t really my favorite, but that was mostly because I chose ingredients that weren’t for me, so that was my mistake. The customer service, however, was excellent. Juan was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. He made the experience much better with his great attitude. Thank you, Juan!
