I came here again hoping that maybe they would’ve hired nicer people And I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because there was a really big rush for BOGO But this lady with black hair would come from behind the counter and just start yelling and it was giving me a headache and it was so annoying. I couldn’t take it. I had to leave at like 6:30 after standing there for forever.

When I asked for a side of vinaigrette, he flatly said no without even looking up and proceeded to literally toss my items in the bag. After I paid, his coworker told him there was vinaigrette on DML and so he proceeded to literally toss that in the bag too. Even the way he served the food was lazy but thank goodness the cook was on fire

Just full of rice and liquid no real beans. It was so disappointing that only this particular location is serving sub quality food. The other location of Chipotle on Wesley chapel or Zephyrhills is always up to the expectation. I am not going back anymore to this location.
