  I think that the staff is nice. I come for food though. My steak 2/3 times is fatty and that’s annoying when you get double meat. I also really hate the chips have been stale 2/3 times as well

  Employees constantly look like customers are inconveniencing them. The woman at the cash register was straight up scrolling her phone when checking me out. Food line was covered in food and steak was cold

  i went to this chipotle and they where moving very fast and i barley had food in my bowl very bad service kept talking over me and when i asked for brown rice on the side i got white rice this is crazy

  Showed up at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night. They advertise 11 pm closing but had already started putting toppings away and were preparing to close up shop. The chairs were being put up in the dining area and only one person was working the inside line while 2 others were doing the apparent early close up routine. Stood in line for 10 minutes and watched all this unfold before walking out. A long line behind us had formed to the door by that time. Despite this location being close to home, I'll drive into Zephyrhills next time. I think this location is too new and might need more time.

  I put in a mobile order at 4:00 and got to the store before the estimated time so I sat in the parking lot. The estimated time was 4:10 but I figured hey it might take a few extra minutes so I didn’t pull into the Chipotlane until 4:13. I get there and someone asks for my name for the order. Then disappear a few minutes. When the window opens again a new person comes out and apologizes and asks me again for my name. I tell them and wait a few more minutes. Then after a while of waiting that same person comes to the window apologizing about the health inspector being there and talking to her which okay I get it but how is this the third time someone is coming to the window and I still don’t have my order? Then I proceed to watch them bag up a different order for someone else I guess picking up inside and I’m waiting again. Then finally she gives me my food order and asks me what I wanted to drink. I tell her and she disappears. I end up waiting at least three minutes just for a sweet tea that someone else ended up preparing right at the window that she just left from. Then after leaving around 4:30 I open my order and find out instead of the cilantro lime sauce they gave me guac which luckily I do like guac but I was really craving the cilantro lime. I thought about going back but I wasn’t about to wait 10 minutes for some sauce. All of this is to say this also isn’t even the first time I’ve experienced absurdly slow service here. And it didn’t look particularly busy even inside. I’ve come here before when they’d recently opened and also had an experience inside where there were only a few people in line and it took them 5-10 minutes per order whereas I’ve been in backed up chipotle lines with only two people working the front and moved faster. I do hope this location gets better but I don’t think I’ll give them another try for a long while.
