  Full transparency, I visited this location once about a month or so after they first opened & my experience was so disappointing, I wasn’t going to come back. Having said that, a family member asked to try it out and I obliged. Devin C., kudos to you! Full 180° from my last experience. You took time to answer questions. You were kind & courteous. Food was hot & fresh & flavorful. Absolutely loved the special sauce & fresh made buttermilk ranch sauces. Tables & chairs were clean (unlike other chicken QSRs in the area). Bathrooms were clean & well kept. They even had a separate baby-changing area in the women’s bathroom. Devin even came out halfway through our meal to check-in with us and other patrons in the dining area. Unsweet tea was so/so but other than that, stellar experience. I would take photos but there’s nothing left to take photos of 😅 Great job Devin & the team a Chicken Guy! Great job!

  Fast and friendly service. Tenders were seasoned well and tasted great. My husband said the sandwich with mac and cheese was delicious as well. We had several sauces and they were all good. The Nashville hot, honey mustard, and bbq sauce were the best among the 5 we tried. The signature sauce was good, but I probably would not order again, as it did not have enough flavor for me. Taste is subjective though, so many may love it! Most of my interaction occurred with Gladis (I remember her name because I spoke with her about my grandmother having g the same name). She was very kind and made it a point to check on customers to see how the food was and if they needed anything. Overall I would definitely go again. Drink options were standard coke products. I was hoping for more exciting drinks to choose from but of well. I wish they would open more locations……and maybe even open a burger restaurant with the burgers from Guy’s carnival restaurants.

  This was our first time here. Been wanting to try since I heard Guy had a chicken place. Omg this place is awful. The chicken was luke warm and had a lot of black areas which my son informed me is the food is getting stuck in the fryer. The fries had a sweetness to whatever seasoning they put on them. Must have sugar in it. $26 for a regular chicken combo and a 3 piece tender combo. So not worth the money. We didn't finish it. Just about all of it went in the garbage. Even the sauces aren't great. Way too thick. It was like dipping into mayonnaise more than anything else. The woman working behind the counter was very nice. Guy Fieri needs to actually try eating his own food. Won't ever do this again.

  AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! We walked into the restaurant and were instantly greeted by Corey, who offered to answer any questions we had about the menu. After a serious debate about sauce options we decided to go with ranch, honey mustard, and the special sauce, all were 10/10!! The food was piping hot and delivered to our table extremely fast. The sandwich (BLAT) and chicken tenders were honestly life changing, well seasoned and extremely juicy. The fries are nicely seasoned as well and pair perfectly with the sauces. The space is really well cleaned and while we were chowing down on our food, we were offered samples of the Oreo milkshake, a 11/10 experience. A super rich and creamy shake paired perfectly with the light whipped cream and Oreo crumble topping. I will be returning here soon, without a doubt. Corey and everyone else at Chicken Guy deserve a 100/10!!

  Corey was amazing! This was our first time visiting Chicken Guy, and he made it such a great experience. We were helped right away, and the customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in. The chicken was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and not oily at all. Everything tasted delicious! The restaurant was also very clean, and I noticed that as soon as customers left, the employees cleaned the tables right away, which I really appreciated. To top it all off, Corey gave my son an ice cream as a special treat, which absolutely made his day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel so welcome. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, clean, and well-managed. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Corey, for making our first visit such a wonderful experience!
