  My family and I visited Chicken Guy! for the first time and had a great experience! The service was amazing, Trevor was on point with customer service. He was very welcoming, accommodating, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was very clean and the food was great. I only wish there were different cheese options for the mac and cheese, but other than that, the sandwiches, tenders, and fries were really, really good. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

  THIS TWO STAR REVIEW - BASED ON CHICKEN TENDERS SERVED ON THURSDAY, MAY 14TH. CHECK # 123 As a long time, loyal customer who considers this location's food and service from employees to be the best chicken place in Wesley Chapel, without question. That was until yesterday, ordering two, Three Piece Tenders and Combo, to go. When I let my wife know that I'm the way home and bringing Chicken Guy, she's always meeting me at the door, smiling and anxious, but yesterday the chicken tenders were the most pitiful example, that I've ever seen anywhere. Never has there been an occasion where Chicken Guy didn't serve the largest, most delicious tenders, until yesterday. How disappointing it was to see these skinny, overdone tenders, something that I never expected to see there but looked like ones I've seen at Slim Chickens..... I know that these tenders were delivered to Chicken Guy by their food service delivery company (and they should get a credit for these pitiful little things) so I cannot put the blame completely on the store management! I hope that this situation is a random event, as they've always giving customers the best tenders, chicken, dishes sides. Let me compliment the employees for always giving excellent service and kudos to Aaron G, for always packing my to-go meals for the long ride home in Wesley Chapel traffic. In closing, I'll be looking forward to Chicken Guy, getting back to providing the best chicken tenders, and when that happens, I'll update my review to a better score.

  Delicious fresh food! Sauces are incredible and compliment everything you eat! We ordered eggrolls, their original tenders, smokehouse sandwhich, and the Asian crunch wrap! Oh! Cannot forget the apple crumble shake!! 😋 we were helped patiently with Dylan! And Corey (later we found out is the manager) was incredibly humble down to earth helpful in giving suggestions, and bringing a joyful atmosphere! He made our kid feel so included! Thank you all for the awesome experience! And the place was SO clean! Shoutout to Michelle!

  This place is a hidden gem in the area. We tried it once and haven’t wanted to go anywhere else for chicken since — no more Zaxby’s, Dave’s Hot Chicken, or Raising Cane’s for us. This has become our weekly spot whenever we want good food and some quality family time. We had a rough day and decided to take a drive and grab something to eat to get our minds off things. Corey completely turned our day around with how kind and thoughtful he was. He put smiles on all our faces, let us try some shakes, and even gave our little one an ice cream shake. She was so excited! All of the employees are exceptionally nice and genuinely care about the quality of the food and customer experience. Everyone is helpful, welcoming, and kind. The place is also very clean and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

  We just visited this restaurant and had a great experience! The egg rolls were absolutely delicious, and the mac and cheese was out of this world—especially for a fast food spot. However what really made our visit stand out, though, was the service. We had the pleasure of being helped by Gladys, and she truly took the experience to another level. Her personality and friendliness were unmatched, and she made us feel genuinely welcomed. On top of that, she gave us some fantastic recommendations for our next visit. Gladys is an incredible asset to this restaurant, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
