Worst location I have ever been to, I went to get my breakfast order at 10:14am by the time I got to the mobile scammer it was past 10:30 I waited over 45 minutes to be told I have to get something different because they were out of breakfast and lost my order. You would think they had better training and systems in place considering they are opening a new location next week

Very disappointing experience and definitely not the usual Chick-fil-A standard. I actually work for Chick-fil-A myself, so I understand how important it is to provide every guest with a welcoming and respectful experience. I stopped in for lunch around 11:00 today and only needed a refill. While I was waiting, an employee who had been standing behind me went around the counter to place his employee meal order with Zoey. Instead of acknowledging me or helping me with the refill I was waiting for, Zoey repeatedly told me to “wait” while she took his order. What bothered me most was the way I was spoken to. She wouldn’t acknowledge me, make eye contact, or even look at me when speaking to me. She looked over me to speak with the employee behind me and continued taking his order while I was standing there waiting. I completely understand that employees need to be taken care of as well, and I have no issue with that. However, the way this situation was handled and the tone used toward me felt very rude and dismissive. I was simply asking for a refill and would have been perfectly fine waiting if I had been treated with basic courtesy. I normally expect a much higher level of service from Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience was especially disappointing.

My husband and I were racially profiled today at this Chick-fil-A, and we have never felt so humiliated by a simple food purchase. We placed our order and gave the young man at the register a $100 bill. He held it up and checked it as normal. We were joking with him, and everything was fine. Then an older employee named Theresa came over and told him, “You need to check that.” He explained that he had already checked it. She then told him there was a pen in the back that he could use to check the bill. He asked if he had to use the pen since he had already checked it and had been receiving $100 bills. She responded that he didn’t have to, but “they like you too.” He continued making our change. Then Theresa went over and whispered something to the manager. The manager went to the back, came back with the pen, and, while the employee was in the middle of giving us our change, she took the $100 bill back out of the register to mark it. There was a long line of customers behind us, and we were absolutely shocked and embarrassed by the way this was handled. Let me be clear: This was never about checking whether the bill was legitimate. It was about how we were treated and singled out. The employee had already checked the bill, yet additional steps were taken only after Theresa questioned him and involved the manager. My husband told them to go ahead and check the bill and return his money because we would take our business elsewhere. The manager responded, “Oh no, this is policy.” Really? If this is truly company policy, why wasn't the pen at the register in the first place ?Why was it necessary to involve multiple employees and make us feel like we were being treated as suspicious customers in front of a long line of people? Afterward, we called the store to ask for the corporate number. Rachel, the manager who answered, told us they “have to mark” the bills. That was frustrating because if this were actually a standard requirement, it should be part of the normal register process—not something brought up after the employee had already checked the bill. What made matters worse was that she seemed to find the situation funny rather than taking our concern seriously. We left feeling humiliated and disrespected. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their race or appearance. We have never experienced anything like this at Chick-fil-A before, but this experience was unacceptable and needs to be addressed
