    There was an employee that didn’t took my order right and I had to repeat myself three times because he couldn’t hear me.. and I use my redeem awards for a large fries.. I never received it, I am disappointed with the service

    I placed a mobile order at 1205 pm today. I made it to the drive through speaker at 1258 pm. I made it to window to pick up my order at 105 pm. There is absolutely no reason the line took 1 hour, although the worker blamed the rain. I was in the inside lane with no way to get out and cancel order. I will not return to this location.

    We placed an order, they didnt ring up one of the meals and only charged separate for the cold brew, rather than fixing the order they would only let us reorder the missing parts of the meal, which resulted in us paying $3 more for the meal than we should've been. Also forgot to bring drink for dine in order as well. I shouldn't have had to pay more for a meal when they miss ring the meals up. Ive never had this kind of service at any chick fil a. Also out of the two orders of hashbrowns received one tasted god awful while the other tasted perfectly fine.

    got the new honey jalapeño sandwich the cheese and bun were cold it tasted disgusting especially that type of cheese has a whole different taste when cold they brought it out really fast but I would rather wait a couple extra minutes for warm food

    Your company makes too much money to have card readers that malfunction on a Friday nite during dinner volume. I attempted to order dinner. My bank authorized charge/hold and being told I need to charge again. After 8 mins held in line, I asked to cancel order and left. I will never eat at this location again. I have been driving hrs and finally got to my stop for Chick Fil A to take my meal to the next rest stop and relax. Terrible experience and senior staff. I do not blame the attendant who took my order. She was kind and struggling to do her job right. When she called for help someone should have come to help her in real time vs send me to the window to wait and ask me what the issue is. Thank you for showing no empathy and doing nothing when I asked for a receipt I never received to go online. Customer should be able tk receive a receipt of tender when asked. As a former restaurant manager, I know what your POS system can and can't do so please do not tell me it's not possible, especially when a charge/hold has been authorized on a customer's account. Hire better window lead, please and thank you, especially on a Fri night. Also your window leads smug disposition is further now appreciated. Have a good night.
