This place used to always have a crowd, cook used hair nets and orders were taken with accuracy. All of these now no longer exist. Something as simple as stocking forks is too much to handle. While the chain is known for gear food, I highly recommend trying another location.

The cheesesteak was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor—perfectly cooked steak, melted cheese, and just the right amount of toppings. You can tell they make everything to order, which makes a big difference. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and the portion sizes were generous. On top of that, the staff was friendly and moved quickly, even during a busy time. Definitely one of the best spots if you’re craving a solid Philly cheesesteak. I’ll for sure be back.

UPDATE: After several phone calls, emails and this complaint it was resolved. The franchise owner Hamad made the decision to refund me in cash and offered me a free meal in the future.
