  ROACHES!!! Our young server was amazing and attentive. The food was disgusting and very cold. Whats worse than the food? THE COCKROACHES ALL over the bathroom and in the light fixtures above you. I wish I had gone to the bathroom before we ate the nasty, cold food that had been sitting around for a while. This is so gross! I showed the picture of the roaches to the manager and her response was "when it's hot out and with the construction, it happens" I didn't want to hear excuses, I wanted to see someone go clean that filty bathroom. Ugh. Forever done with BWW. GROSS GROSS GROSS!!!!

  I Just came from this location and I had of course wasn’t a good experience as always with this location. I called in an order at 10:30p, 10:43/10:45p I left without my food. I stood up there for about 5min, got looked at 4x and nobody came to see what I needed, someone came to the front and asks did I have an order I told her I called in 15min ago and she walks off. Gets her stuff together then leaves (can understand that because your shift is up but at least tell someone I needed help). I go to the bar and she says she’s probably in the back getting gym oder together. 1-2min later they can’t find my food, it hasn’t been cooked yet. The manager was also up in the front when talking with bar person(she acted like she didn’t even care). Every time I order after 9:45/10p my order is always messed up which is not right. Seems like your order isn’t right unless you sit inside. But tonight, was the WORSE! Especially for the manager to seem like she didn’t care about a customers order. The service is low.

  Save yourself the stress and do not order here! I pre ordered (and paid for) my food early in the day to be ready at 6pm. 6:20 rolls around and I’m left still waiting. I ask the girl at the counter what’s going on I preordered my stuff this morning so I wasn’t sitting here waiting. This girl with light hair literally said to me rudely and clearly annoyed “sorry - we are prioritizing the people who are actually here and sitting down” ……excuse me????? Me, and all the other people behind me were absolutely flabbergasted. How are you going to “prioritize” the people who are sitting down when I order and paid earlier this morning!!!! You had hours to prepare! Then who I assume was a manager or someone important trying his best came to the takeout counter, he was kind, and patient, and helpful. He was willing to refund people, or take our number down to call when it was ready, I appreciate him. He was trying to calm the crowd, and offer free appetizers or sodas. It’s not easy to face an angry crowd, and he handled it well. However I get home and I’m missing all the sauces, a side, and my wings are the size of a quarter. Literally the size of a coin. Almost 1$ per boneless wing and it’s the size of s coin? Had to drive all the way back to get the wings, sauces, carrots, celery, all the other things missing replaced. Why order 6+ hours ahead of time if it still won’t be ready and then when you get it, it’s wrong and you gotta drive back on your own gas money and time?

  They don't give people enough food. I was still hungry after paying $25 dollars for 4 very small chicken wings 4 fried cheese strick and 4 onion rings. The chicken wings are tough. It was very bad food for the cost. I will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. I waited and hour to get my order.

  The manager and waiter were nice. My problem was more with circumstances outside of their control: the portion sizes are laughable at Buffalo Wild Wings now. I got this beer cheese Philly and it was so small for what they charge you for it. I could’ve gotten a bigger, tastier sub at Publix for half the price. Also some problems with the receipt - make sure you check the amount that they are projecting the tips on. Our total bill was $38 and for some reason they calculated suggested tips off of $44. That’s shady. This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings in about 8 years or so. They’ve really gone down hill. Pathetic portion sizes, over priced beer, mediocre vibe. Wont be going back. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Your money will go a lot further.
