She said she had no chocolate, I asked her what flavors they did have and she said “too many to list”. I was confused because theres no flavors listed on their menu in the drive thru. I asked her if she would list a few of the flavors because I couldnt get their app to load on my phone and she said I would have to come inside. I told her she would have to wait then for the app to load so I could look at the flavors and she laughed at me in a very rude way. I said “did you just laugh at me??” and I left. Kind of rude to be treated like this on your birthday… Im honestly very disappointed in dunkin.

I asked for a brownie sundae, they can’t make that. I asked for a banana split, they can’t make it they don’t have the bowls for it. I asked for a Reese’s Sunday thinking there’s nothing in it but the toppings that I’m looking at in front of me, no sorry can’t make that either. Finally I said just give me two scoops in a cup please. Then we went outside to eat and at 8:15 they locked the doors and stopped serving people….. they close at 9. We knocked on the door at 8:15 and they said they were closed, we had to ask just to use the restroom. Management should really work with their staff, they need better training.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
