- LOLew OstermanAug 29, 20265.0Very friendly
- DDDaniAug 29, 20265.0Idk why everyone gets so bent out of shape over this location. It's a fast-food style coffee shop, not some fancy small business. The staff is always busy and it's not always perfectly clean in there but guess what: they work hard and they try their best. Some of them look young too so GIVE THEM A BREAK AND DON'T BE A JERK! I've been coming here for years at random times and I've never had a bad experience. If my coffee doesn't taste right (which is rare), I kindly ask for a new one and they make it. Even the staff that have to work outside during busy drive thru times are pleasant despite the insane heat and sweat on their brow. TLDR; don't be a jerk and give them some grace.
- CMcharles MAug 4, 20264.0Great people, always fast unless they are slammed, you will build relationships with them if you’re a regular
- MGMichael GriffoJul 28, 20261.07:30PM I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN STORE. 3 GIRLS BEHIND COUNTER TO BUSY CHATING ON PHONE AND HAVING CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN EACH OTHER. WAITED 4+ MINUTES BEFORE ASKING IF I COULD BE SERVED, WAS TOLD TO HOLD ON FOR A BIT. NO MONEY SPENT TODAY. I CAN DUE WITHOUT DONUTS FOR NOW.
- SSSummerJul 13, 20261.0Be warned: I just picked up two coffees from this Dunkin and they were melted, alongside the two soggiest and worst looking glazed donuts in my life. I’m not usually picky either, but this feels far below the bare minimum. There’s a reason the reviews are so low— literally go anywhere else. I additionally asked the employee if she could fill up my water bottle and she said no, which is understandable. Her rationale was due to cross contamination, and I understand. But, then, to try and charge me 75 cents for a water that could’ve been free is absurd. For a million dollar company it seems wild to lose a customer over a 75 cents principle. Although they don’t have donuts, I’m happy to go to literally any other coffee shop to avoid this experience again.
