My order is as simple as it gets—an iced coffee with almond milk and Stevia—yet somehow it never tastes right. Today's coffee tasted stale, clumpy, and rushed, like no care was put into making it at all. I took a few sips and couldn't even finish it. What makes it even more frustrating is that there always seems to be plenty of employees working, yet instead of focusing on making orders correctly, many of them are standing around talking and laughing while customers are paying for drinks that aren't being made with any consistency or attention to quality. I've spent far too much money at this location hoping things would improve, and they never have. At this point, it's not a one-time mistake—it's a pattern. I'm genuinely disappointed because I used to enjoy Dunkin, but this location has been so consistently bad that it's made me not even want Dunkin anymore. Convenience was the only reason I kept coming back. Never again.
