  My favorite dunkin' is all of them really, but the one I go to all the time is across the street, from my work . Pb lakes blvd.. They have my drink ready for me before I even get up to the counter. I love going in there. They're great service. The people are friendly and they treat everybody with respect. You're very clean as well.I would definitely suggest that you go there and get a coffee

  I ordered a six dollar meal the croissant supposed to come with egg sausage and cheese, or bacon egg and cheese. They gave me a croissant which is cheese and egg no sausage ,so when I went back inside, the girl got an attitude. Try to charge me to put sausage on it. mind you this is the manager who got the attitude, who wanted to charge me. If they got the order wrong why would I get charged for a sausage. Not coming here again!!!! I’ll stick to my other dunkin spot because attitude disgusting, who wants to deal with coming trying to get a good breakfast on the go.

  Today I received help from a woman named Bob there, blonde with blue eyes, wearing a black jacket... I wish she hadn't approached me asking if I needed any help and then sucked all my energy... I asked them if they had mochas, and if any of the coffees from the iced coffee section could be made hot. She very rudely tried to explain to me, as if scolding a child, that they couldn't make something they mix hot. Then, giving her another chance, I asked if they had mochas, and she asked which flavor I wanted, whether it was a latte or a cappuccino. I told her that mocha isn't a flavor, but a chocolate-based espresso/brewed coffee base. I've never seen such a rude woman in my life. I understand your job is difficult, just like everyone else's, but you can't continue doing this job being so rude; you won't have a job... Don't forget you're selling coffee, and if you're not going to sell that either, as I said, there's no business left. Anyway, I will never go back again, and I will stop anyone who tries to go back. The 3.6 Google review already explains everything... I rated service 1 star I wish I could do 0, atmosphere was nice but food I can’t really tell anything cause didn’t have a chance to try based on that lady’s attitude.

  I'm writing a review simply because Jodi made my day. All she was was sweet. Super friendly and kind. It's just her personality. She wasn't any nicer to me than the next person. She needs recognition. Thanks Jodi
