- SSSummerJul 13, 20261.0Be warned: I just picked up two coffees from this Dunkin and they were melted, alongside the two soggiest and worst looking glazed donuts in my life. I’m not usually picky either, but this feels far below the bare minimum. There’s a reason the reviews are so low— literally go anywhere else. I additionally asked the employee if she could fill up my water bottle and she said no, which is understandable. Her rationale was due to cross contamination, and I understand. But, then, to try and charge me 75 cents for a water that could’ve been free is absurd. For a million dollar company it seems wild to lose a customer over a 75 cents principle. Although they don’t have donuts, I’m happy to go to literally any other coffee shop to avoid this experience again.

Hash browns shouldn’t be old and stale. I think they keep hash browns in a warmer, but they need to replace them after a certain amount of time.
