- MBMari Barre3 days ago1.0Not steak on my steak bowl, and this happened twice for me and I just realized when opening it at home. I complained the first time and nothing was done.

Today I ordered two of the same burrito bowls online. I come to pick it up at the time that I was given and it’s not ready but not a big deal to me I honestly don’t care. I get home and proceed to open my bowls to find they got both bowls wrong. One bowl did not have the sour cream that was part of my order and both bowls had cheese in them. I hate cheese. I hate cheese with a passion and they had the audacity to add extra of it. And worst part is, there are stickers printed for each order stating what the customer ordered and neither of my bowls matched my stickers so whoever was preparing my order saw what they were putting into my bowls and proudly stuck the stickers onto them. I’ve never in my life written a negative review for anything but this was just aggravating. Now I know they have full grown adults with somewhat developed brains so I don’t get why it’s so hard to just do a job right. Listen to all the reviews and just go to another location.

The worker didnt event tell me after I made it clear and just allowed me to add that crap in without warning. Gross and unprofessional.
