I essentially have 99% of the same exact things to say about this location compared to the other with only a slight difference. The fries are pretty disappointing in my honest opinion, but the people working here are incredibly professional and nice and efficient and hard-working. I like getting the milkshakes, that's about it. I would like the fries and soda as well as they didn't have that anti foaming additive or whatever that is? I don't trust like that. I think it mentioned the ingredients in the app once? Bonus points for honesty, but seriously though why even add something like that? Naturally because this specific Chick-fil-A is inside the mall, the cleanliness is up to getting lucky if the food court just so happens to be clean that day, which usually it's not too bad, but again because it's in the mall it's very loud because there are so many other people sitting there and eating from various other different restaurants in the food court, but this is to be expected in the mall and is completely normal. I don't believe I've ever heard music, but it's just the loud voices of many people talking at the same time, but besides the noise, an overall really good experience. Aside from the additives, the fries are just okay at best, sometimes they're cold. They're rarely ever hot and fresh and crispy whenever I've gone, and after learning about the additives I don't really want to order them again anyway. It's really such a shame because I would have loved to try the Dr Pepper ice cream blend, but I'm sad I never will because of the additive. Honestly I prefer if they just keep food simple, who cares if my soda or my fries foam a little bit, is it really that much of a problem? p.s. I really would love to see extra large milkshakes as an option. It's really annoying how small they are. It would also be nice if there was an option that was 100% sugar-free that just used stevia instead. Also it would be nice if milkshakes were more customizable, because I would love to do one that is a swirl of chocolate and vanilla and coffee with the cookie bits inside. It would be so cool to be able to go order a huge extra large milkshake that is only sweetened with stevia so that I don't have to feel guilty after enjoying it.
