  Over the 12ish months , the quality at this Dunkin’ location has declined significantly. As a regular customer, it’s been extremely disappointing to consistently receive coffee that tastes both watered down and burnt. I typically order iced coffee, and it has become nearly undrinkable—so much so that I often end up throwing it away. I’ve tried to be patient and give this location multiple chances, even asking for remakes, but the issue persists. Adding extra flavors doesn’t help, as the base coffee itself is the problem. What’s most frustrating is that this wasn’t always the case—there was a time when the coffee here was consistently good, which makes the current lack of quality even more noticeable. While I understand I could have chosen to go elsewhere sooner, my schedule is demanding and this location has been a convenient stop during long workdays. I also wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, especially since there have been rare occasions when the coffee was made correctly. However, those instances are far too infrequent to justify continuing to spend money here. To be clear, the staff are always friendly and professional, and I have no complaints in that regard. The issue lies with the preparation and consistency of the coffee. This level of quality is unacceptable—especially when it appears to be specific to this location. At this point, I will no longer be returning, as I cannot continue to pay for a product that is consistently subpar.

  If I could give it zero stars or negative stars I would. This is the closest Dunkin to me and I go here everyday. But I’m done going to this location because their coffee tastes disgusting every single time. I continued to try to see if it would improve but it’s consistent on nasty coffee.

  I came in to get coffee for my office (including cups and stuff), a couple donuts, and a chocolate chip muffin. The stuff she gave me for the coffee included a few packets of sweetener (not nearly enough for the big box) and no creamers at all. The chocolate chip muffin was super stale, hard as a rock, and the donuts were headed that way as well. I doubt I’ll be back.

  Twice now I’ve had the strangest customer service ever. Today the girl just screamed “Dunkin’ Donuts” through the speaker like maybe I was senile and had forgotten where I was. No Good Morning, no Welcome to Dunkin, nothing. If the girl at the window wasn’t so sweet, I would’ve given it one star. Please don’t make customer service a vintage concept. You can do it Gen Z. I believe in you.

  they have messed up my order more times than they have gotten it right. the workers are also super rude here and they literally try to guilt trip you for a tip. if this dunkin wasn't so close to me i would avoid it at all costs
