- MMMiguelMay 9, 20261.0Came in today and had a really disappointing experience. The cashier, Dinah, seemed visibly upset and bothered from the moment she got to the register — the energy was immediately off-putting. I repeatedly told her I didn’t want black beans as a side and instead of helping me understand my other options, she just said “pick anything else” without actually going through them with me. She wasn’t listening, and my order came out wrong anyway. I get that people have bad days, but this level of hostility toward a customer is not okay. Hopefully management can address this, because the food itself doesn’t deserve to be overshadowed by a bad experience like this.

The girl that parked me looked up and starting smiling did not say sorry for the delay or nothing . She did not want to bring order out was upset because another employee was standing there. I had completely stop eating out this is why. This polo has taken a dive and ther was none in there, should have taken the hint.
