  To start the lady taking the order was rude. Very rude and clearly doesn't want to be there. Can't blame her but this was over the top. In speaking with her I wasn't rude or anything. Just asked for what I wanted with no bias in my tone. I will say based on this I didn't add a tip. Experience was bad from the start. If the food turned out well I would have given them some cash after so they don't get taxed on it and can is it as they please. Sitting here waiting for food for at least 20 minutes on 2 normal plain burgers (not smash). 2 fries. 2 drinks. 1 pretzel and onion rings. During that time two other people came up, ordered and got their food before we did. When they did bring the food the fries were luke warm. They burgers were smash burgers and had all the fixings on them. All this and you want me to pay $33 and give you a tip. Save your money and cook at home or go somewhere else. Seriously, even the place with seasoned fried down the street will be better. I would rather go hungry and not eat than to come back here. Edit: fix autocorrect and to add they also gave us a corn dog that was never asked for. When I asked for a refund she asked for my receipt which was never given in the first place and after refunding I was only given the option to take a picture of the refund receipt.

  I don’t normally eat fast food but I like this place. They cook a pretty clean meal. They use pretty good meat and their service is always really good especially late at night.

  Waited forever it seemed in an empty parking lot at the height of the lunch hour to recieve a ' bacon bit' on a bacon cheeseburger, which I'm sure I was charged full price. Along with another burger with rotted lettuce and sauce. Literally $ in the garbage
