  My biggest problem with this store is that they aren't allowed to deliver past 66th Street yet they can have deliveries made all the way over to the Cleveland Clinic area. I have talked to them several times about this and all I get is that it's company policy. There are a lot of people who would order from them if the company would just change that policy. I wonder if they have any idea how much money they are losing.

  I ordered a Lulu, which is a turkey and bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and Mayo. Literally one slice of turkey. Very thin and two slices of bacon. Not really worth it. But OK. Won’t be ordering that anymore. Or maybe not even going back. Pathetic. Maybe they were told to cut back . I’ve been here before several times, and always had plenty of meat, enough to satisfy you. I don’t know what happened this time. The team was very nice though.

  I used to be a very devoted Jimmy Johns customer. Lately this location is very slow. I used to receive delivery orders in less than 15min. I could order pickup orders while in the parking lot and it would be ready in less than 2 minutes. Now I'm lucky to receive deliveries in 30 minutes and pickup took over 15min. Not to mention $4 delivery fee plus tip.
