- JMJoe MJun 7, 20261.0Drive through is painfully slow consistently at this location. 15 minute wait to place an order (with no cars in front of me) and then after another 10 mins at the window still didn’t have my payment taken, nor cappuccino in hand. Wound up driving off with nothing but 25 mins total of wasted time. Have written Dunkin HDQ before about this location and they just push customer service off onto the local franchise owner who then does nothing. Very sad. This location is not representative or deserving of the Dunkin’ brand and should just be closed. Update June 13 2026- went through this locations drive thru again. Order taker/window person was flipping out. She had to scan my DD payment twice, tried to hand me someone else’s change, and was complaining to a coworker that ‘he’ has to do something about ‘this’ whomever he is and this is. This location should just be closed - it’s hopeless.

I've given them many chances. Never again. Not all Dunkin's are like this. I love DD. I just have to find a better one. 2 have disappointed me.

She was very polite very accommodating while I was placing my order. She repeated my order to confirm it when I got to the window she smiled. She was pleasant. It was a nice experience. Today I went back because of her. The girl at the drive-through today barely spoke. When I placed my order she repeated part of my order to me, and when I said, did you get my whole order she said, just look at the screen do you see it there very nasty. When I got to the window she barely looked at me. She seemed bothered that I was paying by credit card. It was a totally different experience and I was very disappointed. I don’t know if I’m coming back.
