When there was an issue with my order, I expected friendly customer service and a willingness to help. Instead, I felt questioned and did not receive the level of service I believe customers deserve. More than the mistake itself, what disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. Customer service at this location definitely has room for improvement.

Wound up driving off with nothing but 25 mins total of wasted time. Have written Dunkin HDQ before about this location and they just push customer service off onto the local franchise owner who then does nothing. Very sad. This location is not representative or deserving of the Dunkin’ brand and should just be closed. Update June 13 2026- went through this locations drive thru again. Order taker/window person was flipping out. She had to scan my DD payment twice, tried to hand me someone else’s change, and was complaining to a coworker that ‘he’ has to do something about ‘this’ whomever he is and this is. This location should just be closed - it’s hopeless.

I've given them many chances. Never again. Not all Dunkin's are like this. I love DD. I just have to find a better one. 2 have disappointed me.
