- JGJuan David Palacio Giraldo1 day ago1.0Took me 17 minutes through the drive-thru. It is supposed to be the “quick service”, but the person taking orders took forever, was chating with other employees, and even then took my order wrong.
- JDJanie DuBoisApr 29, 20262.0Yesterday, April 28th I went through your drive-thru anroind 8am and the young lady working did a fabulous job. She was very polite very accommodating while I was placing my order. She repeated my order to confirm it when I got to the window she smiled. She was pleasant. It was a nice experience. Today I went back because of her. The girl at the drive-through today barely spoke. When I placed my order she repeated part of my order to me, and when I said, did you get my whole order she said, just look at the screen do you see it there very nasty. When I got to the window she barely looked at me. She seemed bothered that I was paying by credit card. It was a totally different experience and I was very disappointed. I don’t know if I’m coming back.

She really works hard and makes sure that my drinks are amazing. I appreciate the time she takes to make sure my drinks are correct. Thank you Ruby!
