The iced coffee was not full and when I requested to have it filled I was rudely told that’s how they do it here and she wasn’t going to add anything. I placed the order and watched as six more orders rang up. I had to go to the counter and ask to have my order made. I was told I would have to wait since they had a drive through and customers in the store. What is the use of ordering ahead? Poor atmosphere and even worse customer service. They people need to be fired and caring employees need to be hired. I will not return and will tell all my friends about this experience.

I stopped in around 7:45 PM, even though they’re open until 8:00 PM, and was told I couldn’t get a coffee or even a bagel because everything had already been shut down and cleaned. If you’re open until 8:00 PM, you should be serving customers until 8:00 PM. Starting cleanup is one thing, but refusing to make menu items before closing isn’t acceptable. I’ve worked in restaurants for years, and you don’t stop serving customers before your posted closing time. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. If management wants to make it right with a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and a cup of coffee, I’d be happy to update my review. I’m literally sitting at the hotel next-door listening to them. Tell customers that they’re closed at 7:50 at night that’s repulsive. They don’t have coffee at 10 minutes to eat it. It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts.
