- SSskyline6 days ago5.05 stars to the afternoon/night crew. Customer service is difficult enough without having only 2 people working, and they do their absolute best with what they've been given. Not everyone understands or appreciates the demands of this kind of job or the patience it takes, but we're all human, and I hope people give these employees a break. They need it, considering how hard they work all the time. Thank you for your dedication and patience. Your hard work and effort are much appreciated, even when they go unrecognized. <3 P.S. thanks for all the delicious drinks!

I believe her name is Stacy? - she forgot to shut her mic off & I heard her say something about I’m taking to long to order? I always know exactly what I am ordering before getting to the window, but she had my order wrong on the screen. (Mind u it was 3 items!) This whole place is a circus! 🤡

Her customer service stood out so much that I felt the need to tell her manager about her. You don’t come across that kind of genuine kindness everywhere, and she truly made my day. She was professional, welcoming, and treated me like more than just another customer. She introduced herself as Stacey and because of her wonderful attitude and the way she made me feel, this Dunkin’ is now officially my favorite location! I was even encouraged by management to leave a review because they clearly recognize what a great employee she is. She deserves to be acknowledged for the positive energy she brings to her job. Please recognize Stacey for her outstanding customer service. She is a true asset to your team, and I will definitely be coming back! 💕

I noticed one of the new hires who hasn’t been there very long her name starts with a D? She has blue eyes brown hair? Veryyyyyy friendly! Extremely quick - helps with whatever people need without getting annoyed or rude with us like some others do! She’s AMAZING!! And works SO SO HARD for you guys! But staff here needs to be POLITE RESPECTFUL AND HAVE SOME PATIENCE WITH PEOPLE or they shouldn’t work there!!!
