- HCHailey Ceely4 days ago1.0My food was taken when I went to pick it up. They made me stand there for 20 minutes when it was supposed to be ready at 5 but someone took it. I had my two year old. Proceeded to make the burrito of my order and let it sit for 10 minutes then made my bowl 10 minutes later letting the burrito get cold. No apologies. No nothing.
- ASAdam ShieldsSep 25, 20261.0This has to be the worst chipotle I’ve visited in the US. Just took 50 minutes for a side of chicken. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:50. It’s 8:15 I’m just walking out. Staff is rude and untrained and the place is always a mess with food on the floor and overflowing trash cans. Tried to contact management but they purposely provide dummy emails. Begging someone to open another location in Vero because this place has sucked for years!
- JUJose UngosSep 23, 20265.0First time in awhile ordering from Chipotle. Food tastes the same as always but I guess that's what people expect. Using the app to order and pickup was easy.
- GKGloria KellySep 22, 20261.0I rarely leave poor reviews and honestly I enjoy the food, but the service is so awful here that the food isn’t worth going back. We’ve probably been in 4 times in the last 2 months - every time I order a white rice bowl, no cilantro. EVERY TIME I get dirty looks and the lady in the back acts like she is seriously put out. 95% of the employees don’t smile and act like they don’t want to be there or are having a REALLY bad day. I wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle specifically for it’s poor customer service.
- AMAnthony MancusoSep 20, 20261.0Ate the steak bowl , it was the first thing I ate in the day , I have had stomach pain since a few hours from eating here to the morning today . It’s definitely from eating something here. On a side note the steak had so much fat and gristle pieces I was tempted to bring it back :(
