Management clearly lacks either basic judgment or any real concern for the customer experience—likely both. It’s amazing how a business can prioritize squeezing out sales while completely ignoring how people actually want to use the space. And to make it worse, the staff reflects the same standard—unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful. Avoid this location. It’s a perfect example of poor leadership trickling down into a terrible customer experience.
