  I have been holding off on this for so long but three chances are all I can do after finally calling corporate. How many times must I place an order and have something vital and IN THE NAME OF THE ITEM be missing? How many times is something entirely LEFT OUT of the bag? I'm convinced corporate or management is coaching the employees to leave items and ingredients out on purpose to cut costs, bc I feel like I'm going ABSOLUTELY INSANE. The second time I called corporate after MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS MISSING, I was given a $5 and bc of how the manager put it in they could only take off $3. My husband and I left. Today we took one last chance, all items in the bag, but THE BIG DRAW FOR AN $11 MEAL HAD THE MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIENT MISSING. I'm absolutely done. I demanded our money back, why in the world am I spending $11 for something THAT I DIDNT ORDER AND NOW I DONT WANT? I feel like this is a joke. Wow. Never again. I was a MASSIVE checkers fan for YEARS, and you've lost my family's business entirely. I know corporate doesn't care, but BUYER BEWARE: TAKE ALL YOUR SANDWICH LAYERS APART BEFORE DRIVING OFF!!!!!!!

  Been sitting waiting on 3 burgers for 30 minutes. No other customers. Are they in the back talking and hanging out??? Won't be back. Staff offered no solutions or apologies. They didnt seem to care. *Update* It wound up taking 40 minutes to receive our food and the order was incorrect. This is one of the main reasons Checkers are closing all over Florida. Maybe they should look into their hiring policies and practices and fix that. The food tastes great it's the customer service that is the problem.

  I was there the other night and was so pleased with the service I got from a young lady I forget her name I think it was Jessy or Jessica? But she was so sweet and so helpful I will definitely be coming back thank you young lady

  Incredibly s-l-o-w service! Because only 3 employees during lunch hour. And smallest cheeseburger 🍔 I was ever served. Don't understand how they're busy when there's so many better choices on Route 1.

  I would never recommend for anyone to stop here. I say this with so much respect but the food here is disgusting. I came here today and it was very overwhelming for me. I feel so sick in my stomach and now have stomach pain. We ordered two baconzilla’s but I felt like it was a mayonnaise and mustard burger. The lady with blonde hair put so much condiments that when I opened the wraps of the burgers there was mayo and mustard dripping everywhere. The buns was soaking wet inside and on the side of the burgers. The patty was undercooked it was a little pink inside and the bacon wasn’t cooked at all it was just warmed up. The fries looked good on top but the fries were black it looked like it was moldy inside. The fries were cold inside. Their milkshake machines were broken. They didn’t have coke. The pictures that they have is false advertisement due to what they give is nothing close to their pictures. On top of that the prices are pretty high for what they’re serving.
