  This was one of the best experiences at Carrabba’s I have ever had. Barbara was PHENOMENAL! She recognized needs and SPECIAL needs and made a birthday celebration better than was expected. Barbara and the crew will never know the impact their “going the extra mile” made, but I will. Thank you!

  My friend and I had lunch at Carrabba’s and we both really enjoyed it. We both had the Chicken Parmesan and a small, very fresh Italian salad. We should have gotten a small serving of pasta to split, then the meal would have been perfect. Seeing the Chicken patty bare on the plate didn’t visually impress us, if it was sitting on a small bed of pasta or arugula it would have been perfect. Barbara made our visit very pleasant she was a very warm, friendly and professional server. She made me a delicious Margarita and checked on us often without being intrusive. We never felt rushed. The restaurant was beautiful the atmosphere was warm and inviting. There were a large number of booths in the main dining room and a separate room with the bar and more booths. The bathrooms were very clean so I was happy. We will add Carrabbas to our favorite lunch spot list!

  I have not been to Carrabba’s in quite a while and thoroughly enjoyed my lunch visit. My waitress Barbara was excellent, very attentive, engaging and professional. She told us about the $6 Sangria special and I actually ordered two. They were delicious and refreshing on a hot afternoon in Florida. Love the atmosphere when you walk into the restaurant, very inviting. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich which was very dry and too much bread. Side salad was good. I will “definitely” go back and will tell everyone about the Sangria special on Tuesday’s. Menu has a large selection, I will choose something other than chicken parm sandwich next time:)

  I was disappointed with my recent visit to Carrabba's Italian Grill. The service I received did not meet my expectations, as communication was limited and some concerns were not handled as professionally as I had hoped. The overall experience felt rushed and left me frustrated. I hope the restaurant can focus on improving customer service and ensuring guests feel valued and heard.

Convenient parking made arrival effortless, and as soon as I walked through the doors, I was warmly greeted by the staff and seated immediately. First impressions matter, and Carrabba’s certainly delivered. The ambiance is one of the restaurant’s greatest strengths. The dining room is beautifully maintained, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Soft background music complements the experience without overpowering conversation, the air conditioning is perfectly balanced for Florida’s climate, and the overall environment is calm, relaxing, and refreshingly free from excessive noise. The entire restaurant, including the restrooms, was spotless and well cared for, reflecting the pride the team takes in maintaining their establishment. To begin the meal, I ordered the Spicy Sausage Lentil Soup, and it was nothing short of outstanding. In fact, it was so impressive that I would gladly return just for a bowl of this soup alone. The seasoning was perfectly balanced—rich, flavorful, and expertly crafted without being overly salty. Every spoonful allowed the individual ingredients and flavors to shine through, creating a comforting and memorable starter that set the tone for the entire dining experience. We chose to sit at the bar, where we had the pleasure of being served by Jeff. His knowledge of the menu was exceptional, and his honesty regarding menu selections was greatly appreciated. Rather than simply recommending the most expensive options, he provided thoughtful insights that helped us make informed choices. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality elevated the overall experience. For our entrées, we selected the Filet & Shrimp Pasta Toscana and the Salmon Capperi. The Filet & Shrimp Pasta Toscana was extraordinary. The filet was prepared to a perfect medium-rare temperature, delivering a tender, juicy texture with remarkable depth of flavor. Every bite showcased the quality of the beef and the precision of the kitchen. Paired with succulent shrimp and perfectly cooked pasta, the dish created a harmonious combination of flavors and textures. The sauce tied everything together beautifully, resulting in a plate that was rich, satisfying, and absolutely bursting with flavor. The Salmon Capperi was equally impressive. The salmon was cooked flawlessly—moist, delicate, and packed with natural flavor. The capers and accompanying seasonings enhanced the fish without overwhelming it, creating a balanced and elegant dish. Each bite offered layers of flavor that demonstrated the kitchen’s attention to detail and commitment to quality. A special compliment must be given to the culinary team. Both dishes arrived beautifully presented, perfectly timed, and prepared with obvious care and craftsmanship. It is clear that the kitchen operates with a strong commitment to consistency and excellence. Every component of each plate worked together to create an unforgettable dining experience. Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Vero Beach delivers much more than a meal—it provides a complete dining experience.
