  Only used the drive thru. Roast beef sandwich was OK. Just looking for a good Roast beef sandwich.

  This is the first and last time I eat at Arby's. We hoped we could add Arby's to our family dinner night, but we will definitely find another place. All the sandwiches are way under the advertised weight. I was excited to try the new half-pound Philly Cheesesteak. I watched a ton of reviews before I decided to go with this option, and because it is so big, I didn't get any sides. Well, that was a mistake because this sandwich is $17 and is supposed to be 8 oz of cooked Angus beef before anything else like the bread or onions. I was so shocked that I removed the meat and weighed it; it was 3.77 oz with the onions. This is very disappointing because that tiny sandwich would not fill me up, and it is false advertising. Wait, it gets worse. I called multiple times to let them know, and they did not even answer the phone. Terrible customer service. All the other sandwiches were just as bad. We ordered four meals, so they just lost a whole family of customers. ***UPDATE*** I had to drive back because nobody answers the phone. When I got to the store, I was set on getting my money back. I didn't like the fact that the manager stated they don't do refunds; you can only get your food remade or a gift card. I explained I didn't like the service and was pretty upset that I drove 20 minutes each way. She was extremely understanding and very nice. She apologized and assured me she would make a better Philly. She let me keep the other one, gave me a free soft drink, and made a perfect Philly Cheesesteak. I was so hungry at that point I grabbed a bite in the car and it's absolutely amazing! Worth every penny. I changed my review from 1 star to 4, and only 4 because they need to answer the phone. So, although the manager's service was top-notch, you can't get 5-star service and not answer your phones; you also can't even leave a message for a return call. So overall, I'm very pleased with the way the manager handled my issues, and the employees were extremely nice and the store was very clean.

  Yes I ordered 4 gyros wasn’t the way I ask I keep calling no answer or they answer and hang up the lady that took my order was very nice but once I got home I was given the wrong items this stuff not cheap please bags before handing them out to prevent this I am one disappointed customer

  Roast beef and cheese was not hot. Specifically asked for tzaziki sauce on side and it was missing. Cashier wouldn't allow me to pay part cash, part credit card
