  The order kiosks has a way to add sauce to your order. However, when I add the sauce to my order, they don't include it in the bag. When I asked the employee about it, he just shrugged and was dismissive and very rude. Terrible customer service.

  Service was fast and the dining room was clean. Outside was not a mess and some of the best food from Taco Bell.

  Worst service ever. I am pretty laid back but when I order food on line and go to pick it up and still have to wait over 10 minutes for my food it’s not good. There was one car in front of me and I waited so long I turned my car off In The drive thru and called inside to see if anyone was working. Finally got to the window and the worker gave me 6 different excuses as to why I waited so long and then proceeded to tell me they are hiring if I wanted to come help them out. I flat out told him they would not want me working there because this type of service is unacceptable. Not to mention I paid extra for extra salsa verde and still only got 1 but they gave me a jalapeño citrus salsa, which I did not ask for. This is not the first time I have experienced this at this location. I will be driving 10 minutes out my way from now on for Taco Bell. This location needs a complete overhaul, starting with management. No manager should let service get this bad.

  What is this world coming to? I don’t expect much from fast food in general, but I do expect something other than complete incompetence. We ordered via their touch screens and somehow even after putting everything in correctly for them they still managed to give us the wrong items… a drink that was completely incorrect, add-ons that we didn’t add, and a taco that just randomly showed up without us ordering it. I’m grateful for an additional little something, but I am guessing it was part of someone else’s order that probably was on the way to pick up. The food took over 15 minutes with no one else in the place. The staff was confused about whose drink cups they had just put out. It was chaos in a corn shell. The staff was bickering with one another about the order. The best part was that the food was ice cold. We did all the legwork, paid for it, and somehow you couldn’t get this across the finish line. 🫠
