Just a couple minutes down from the freeway. Easy to find and get to. Service was quick even with the drive thru busy. I ordered inside at the kiosk and they had my food up in no time. Soda machine was on point. Restroom was clean and no funky smells.

I'm waiting at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes for them to help me no one's helping me even though my order is done and I'm looking right at it then when I go to grab my order one of the employees gets mad at me for getting my order. How about you guys help the people that are at the counter instead of just looking at them and walking away and then that won't happen. Hmmm ever think about that? 🤔

Zero stars ordered a value box they gave me burnt nuggets and now they lady wants to argue with me over the phone 🤣 horrible customer service I shouldn’t have to drive 30 mins back to get my food right when it should’ve been right the first time horrible customer service! I want a refund and new nuggets she’s saying one or the other so now I gotta waste my gas to come get food that should’ve been right the first time.

Big T bell fan here. 90s bro. Last location in Venice and it's horrific. Tall red headed lady hates the guests. And the staff follows. Disgusting kitchen and attitude. They also ignored 3 delivery drivers when their food was ready. So if your ordering. Your tacos have been sitting here for an hour. You got lots of choices on this block. Save t Bell for another time.
