  August 9 order. I have had Papa John's probably 150 times in my life and 15-20 times from this location. I can safely say I am never eating at this location and possibly any location again. I ordered my pizza well done but it was grossly undercooked. It was as if I said make me the opposite of well done. The cheesesticks were the same. I didn't finish one slice. Their response to me had zero substance or concern. No questions or explanation provided, nothing about fixing the problem so other people don't have this experience. It was just here's $15 dollars back from $31 order now go pi$ off.

  This place going day by day worse of worse.......too much waiting, no skill full employee 😞😞😞😞 owner need to take care of This place as soon as possible
