  They need to train their employees about being friendly or just nice. I walked in and got complete attitude for walking in the door. The food was not that great. We will never be back.

  This is the third time in a row I have ordered the club Lulu and received NO BACON ON MY SANDWICH. I just called to see if I could come back and have it remade and she told me if I could make it back before they closed. I said I would just take a refund instead! I will post a photo of my receipt as well as my food so you know who I am. Please somebody fix this! I keep trying to be a repeat customer but you're making this very hard!

  Ordered the $8.99 meal deal and I have to agree with a YouTube video I recently saw that said since the founder sold out to a multi brand company the quality and quantity has declined. The amount of meat on the sandwich is pathetic barely an 1/8” for multiple slices. Asked for extra lettuce and there was barely enough to make it taste right. I’ll be driving a little further down Tamiami Trail and go to Wawa where the sandwich has more that twice the meat and cost less.

  Worst experience I have ever had there! I bought multiple sandwiches from this location one of which was an unwhich (normal sandwich but with lettuce instead of bread). I get home and sit down to eat with my family. There is no meat or cheese! They gave me mayo and onion in a lettuce wrap…… I called in and it was either drive 20 minutes back for a new one or get a credit to the account for a new sandwich. Oh and they forgot the chips I purchased! Horrible experience! I would not recommend going there EVER!
