  If I could give zero stars, I would. I am a loyal Dunkin customer, and what happened today, May 13th at approximately 5:23 PM, was completely unacceptable. My father has a disability, and you can clearly hear it when he speaks. He politely mentioned to the woman at the drive-thru window that the last time he ordered a HOT coffee, it was cold. She then went and repeated what he said to a young blonde employee, who immediately started laughing. When the first employee returned to the window, I leaned over and asked, “Was something funny?” She then went back and told the blonde employee what I said. The blonde employee responded, “Let me take their drinks.” She came back to the window still laughing, handed us the drinks, looked directly at me, mocked my father’s voice by disguising her own voice, and said, “By the way, nothing is funny,” before shutting the window and walking away. I was beyond upset and almost went inside, but I chose not to because I did not want the situation to escalate further. After leaving, I called the store FOUR different times trying to speak with a manager, and every single time they picked up and hung up on me. I also have screenshots showing my attempts to contact the store. This behavior was cruel, disrespectful, and discriminatory. No customer — especially someone with a disability — should ever be mocked by employees. I will be reaching out regarding ADA concerns, and unfortunately, after being faithful daily customers, we will never return to Dunkin again.

  Been coming to this Dunkin for a minute and it’s a hit or a miss. I went to try the Oreo Coolatta and I even double checked with the person to make sure I wasn’t missing something and she confirmed it was the correct one, clearly from what I seen online and when my friend got it from different location it was night and day. Can’t even leave a voicemail because it’s full. Go figure.

  Can never get a simple order right-- went back and still got it wromg. 1 simple breakfast sandwich. WOW
