  Loved this location until tonight, paid for a 6 piece chicken tender basket with extra sauce received roughly 9 quarter sized chicken nuggets and 1/4 full sauce container. I called and they said it would be remedied only for me to go back and sit in line for 25 minutes just to not even get served. Will not be returning.

  I am my Dad's caregiver and he loves this place so I get it for him about once a week. A couple of weeks ago, we noticed cars leaving the drive-thru. I didn't understand why but Abby (at the window) was apologizing profusely about the wait. She also had a sign up. I asked her how SHE WAS!! She was so very friendly but seemed so stressed. She explained that it was only her and Lucian for almost the past week, open to close. They had both put in OVER 130 hours!! The food was the BEST he had ever had! (I could tell just by looking at it!) The service was the BEST we'd ever had! Please promote Abby and Lucian. Also, a shout out to Gracelyn, who was at the window today..super sweet! I asked her for the owners phone number or email address. She said she would get the manager, who did not come, and instead referred me to the number on the receipt, which is Lauren, the Manager. I did NOT want to speak with her! What horrible manager has her staff working those hours? Where was SHE??!! Please, get rid of her! The restaurant section has not been open in weeks, which was a given when it was just Abby and Lucian but now I'm being told they're staffed pretty well and have kept Abby's sign up and have kept the restaurant part closed (my Dad enjoys eating inside once in a while. Please..owners...reach out to me. I have lots more to say. I left a message for Lauren today that I wanted the owners email or phone number and I can pretty much guarantee that I won't hear back from her. My main reason is to talk with them about the excellence of Abby and Lucian (who Lauren knew were all alone for all that time). That is why my *star rating is what it is.

  I ordered a small chocolate shake from an untrained new girl at the window. I told her this doesn’t look right and she said “it has icecream in it”. I saw the little chocolate syrup at the bottom only, but it was like spooning out a thick vanilla icecream. She also forgot the whipped cream on top. Maybe , she didn’t make it, but they go through lots of young kids that are not trained and could care less if it’s right or wrong .

  Disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. Every time we visit, the portions are noticeably smaller than what we ordered. It’s frustrating to pay full price and consistently receive underfilled items. Hoping management can address this and ensure customers get the proper serving sizes.

  The workers are doing do good! They had a crazy week from what I have heard, despite them being understaffed and not having what they needed apparently because of a mass walk out, they made sure that I had everything I needed and felt special! Special thank you to the young girl with the pink hair and to the manager tonight Abby! They truly made my night special I would 100% come back again!
