  Staff is not fully trained. They could not accurately make my kids meal and the steak burrito I ordered. Two simple entrees, gave me the wrong meat in the burrito and for the kids meal totally forgot to put the meat all together. YIKES. Hopefully something changes soon, I'll be staying away until improvement is seen in the reviews.

  My fiance went to pick me up lunch, first they made the bowl wrong TWICE and eventually he gave up trying with them. He then came to my work and I told him I cannot have what they put on there. They then instead of making a new one due to THEIR mistake made him pay for another bowl. The manager was rude and very unhelpful.

  At least 12 people in line at 6:30 pm on a Thursday. Not major dinner rush. Two people at cashier. One doing nothing but checking his phone. One person only working line. When questioned why someone not doing anything in the clock is on his cell phone and questioned the manager snapped and said to leave. Very poorly managed restaurant since opening. Worst managed chipotle and most slow due to no accountability my management. Entire crew except the cook and line order filler should be kept. Pink hair lady was ginger and brash and the kid on his phone thought its ok to not help as they both state “ownership says they can’t help”. Never going back and been enjoying chipotle since they opened. Venice get it together! The entire management team should be fired immediately!

  Never write reviews, and our family typically loves Chipotle, but both of our visits to this location were disappointing. During our first visit, we watched a manager berate an employee in front of customers while we waited. We were then served stale chips and cold queso. On our second visit, we found a hair in our food, and the restaurant was understaffed, with a really long wait. Unfortunately, after two poor experiences, we won’t be returning to this location.

  I came into Chipotle expecting a meal. I left with a new perspective on life. Alex was not simply an employee. Alex was an EXPERIENCE. The way he served my food made me feel like I was the most important person to ever walk through those doors. I have never felt so seen, so understood, so spiritually connected to a bowl of chicken. The moment Alex handed me my food, I knew I would never be the same. There are people who work at Chipotle, and then there is Alex. He doesn’t make meals. He makes memories. If I could give this review 100 stars, I would. If I could personally nominate Alex for Employee of the Century, I would. If Alex told me to come back tomorrow, I would already be there waiting outside before the doors opened. Chipotle didn’t just gain an employee. The world gained an icon.
