  Brand new & already NASTY. We went in at 8pm, far past what I would call "dinner rush". The people making food were sliding everyone's wrappers & bowl bottoms through spilled queso, grease or mystery fluid. We waited in line 20-25minutes, to be cut off and jumped infront of by an employee who "would only be a second" when I looked at her. Noone bothered to start cleaning until I started to take photos, they best they could do was smear all the spills around with a dinner napkin. Guest tables and floor a wreck, trash overflowing. We sat outside. Trash balled up and thrown right next to the bins that food are being served from, the register area covered in corn, lettuce and again...grease? Your location is BRAND NEW. I hope this isn't going to be the norm, get it together kids. (Litterally-not an adult in sight)

  Sent someone to order and pick up for our group. We were informed that they were very busy at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. They also have only been open a week, so please take this review lightly. I was informed that they put big scoops in but my bowl felt less than full when I opened it up. The flavor and spice is more intense than others we’ve been to, especially on the steak side we got for our kid. The queso dip, guacamole and chips were perfect. I’m sure they will get better as they go and we are very happy to have one in this area.

  Staff has no clue what they're doing. After standing in line for about 25 minutes, I asked for a chicken burrito but it turned out to be a rice burrito with very little chicken. They did a horrible job rolling and sealing the burrito - the queso and sour cream that was supposed to be inside my burrito ended up coating the outside of my burrito. They were sliding my burrito across a very messy food prep counter. The guy in front of me asked for a quesadilla and it halted service because the worker behind the counter didn't know how to make it. I was really excited for this Chipotle location as I come from Denver and I know how great Chipotle usually is but this location needs some serious training. I won't return.

  New Chipotle in South Venice… my family has always been a very big fan and supporter of Chiotle especially coming from Southern California. This is the brand new one in South Venice on South Trail. I was pretty disappointed in the steak bowl. The steak was “fatty and very tough”?other than that it was a great experience. It’s a really nice place to go eat, but I probably will not get to stay together again at least not at this location. I know that Chipotle m can do better.

  Rob was great! This newly opened Chipotle Mexican Grill is an awesome addition to Venice — we finally got one! Conveniently located right across from Walmart and near Planet Fitness, it adds a really nice touch to the area. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the whole experience was great. Thank you to Rob and the team for the outstanding service!
