  Where can I start...Today was my birthday. We were greeted by our server Roxy. She asked if we were celebrating anything today and I said its my birthday and I came for the bang bang shrimp. And Im trying to keep a low profile. She smiled and wished me a happy birthday and took our order. When my order came she asked me to cut my steak to see if it was to my liking. I ordered a 9oz sirloin medium rare. It came to the table well done. Without saying a word she took my steak back to the kitchen. The manager came over and said the cook was so sorry and that he had read my order wrong. She than apologized for the mistake. When the second steak came out again it could have melted in my mouth. So good. The bang bang shrimp was delicious and the green beans tasted wonderful.😋 Then as we were getting ready to leave Roxy handed me the dessert menu and asked me to pick out anything I wanted. The manager came back over and said anytime you come for your birthday you get a free dessert. Wow. The next surprise I got was a birthday card, hand signed by Bonefish Grill team. Inside was a complimentary card for more bang bang shrimp the next time I come. I felt like they were throwing me a surprise birthday party!! It was so nice. All of them so friendly. As I was leaving the manager wished me Happy birthday again, and I asked if I could hug her and I hugged her.🤗 !!! Thank you all for making my day special. Roxy's advice for me was "see...you should tell people it's your birthday". I will. Thanks 😊

  Bonefish is our new “must go to restaurant” Food is excellent, Happy Hour is the Real Deal and service is excellent. Billy waited on us tonight and he was top shelf. Always kept in touch and kept us updated with our orders. He was professional and really cared about our dinning experience. Well Done Billy, you added to our experience

  Went to lunch with my sister, I had the wood grilled shrimp and scallops, and the cauliflower as a side. My sister had the bang-bang tacos,all the food was fantastic, especially the tacos! We had Jacob as our server, he was so relatable and welcoming. I would 10/10 recommend sitting with him, he was fantastic!

  When you go out for a birthday dinner with family, you always hope the evening is going to be special. Maria, and the team at Bonefish Grill in Venice, helped us achieve an evening that was more than we could’ve hoped for. From Maria’s warm welcome back and attention to our needs, to the exceptional Bang Bang shrimp appetizers to unique fish entrees, to a killer flourless chocolate cake with a candle, and a card with birthday wishes from the whole staff — they nailed it! Thank you for making this a really memorable occasion!

  Had reservations, seated immediately as we arrived. Our waiter, Jennifer was quickly to our table to greet us with a big smile, and proceeded to get our drink order. She offered a starter and recommended two different selections. We declined, and ordered our meal within 10 minutes of sitting down. The meal, we both ordered Bourbon Salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli, was served very nicely in short order. It was hot and delicious. Jennifer was back to check on us 2 different times, near the end brought us a dessert menu and made a couple of recommendations. We were also visited tableside by a manager who was checking on our food and impressions of the service. All in all, we enjoyed our Friday night dinner at Bonefish Grill, Venice. Pleased with everything!
