We’ve given this place three separate chances before deciding to leave a review, hoping each visit would be better than the last. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue has been the service. On multiple visits, our drinks sat empty for extended periods without a single refill being offered. We were never asked if we’d like another drink, and it often felt like we were forgotten entirely. Meanwhile, our waitress spent a significant amount of time socializing with certain high-top tables and chatting with other staff members while we were still waiting for basic service. Good service doesn’t require perfection, but it does require attention to customers, and that was noticeably lacking every time we visited. Because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, we kept coming back thinking maybe we had just caught them on a bad day. After three visits, it’s clear that wasn’t the case. I honestly don’t understand how this place maintains such a high rating based on the experiences we’ve had. There are too many great restaurants in the area to spend your time and money. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

She’s always super friendly, happy and service with a smile no matter what. Best waitress ever. There are times that we come and she’s not there of course but we are happier when she is. At any rate, great restaurant, great server!!

She got all the orders correct always checked to see if we needed anything made sure our cups were full at all time. Autumn was very pleasant and professional. Will definitely go back and hopefully we will have Autumn again.
